Ketjenflex® 2 is a toluene sulfonamide based reactive plasticizer used in Melamine molding compounds and a brightener in metal plating formulas. Ketjenflex® 2 is a basic starting material in the preparation of melamine formaldehyde molding compounds. Reacted into the resin backbone KETJENFLEX® 2 imparts long term impact resistance and toughness. Ketjenflex® 2 can also be used in other thermoset resins like epoxy and polyurethane based polymers resins.

HydroCER 7410 is a 45% aqueous dispersion of medium molecular weight polyethylene wax. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

S-NAUBA 5021 is a concentrated blend of carnauba and synthetic wax showing melting peaks ranging from 84 – 110°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

S-400-Q is a micronized EBS (ethylene bissteramide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 108 – 146°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

HydroCER EC-36 is a 35% APEO-free carnauba wax emulsion in a stable anionic surfactant system. The HydroCER products are wax emulsions, dispersions, or a combination of these.

S-400-N5 is a micronized EBS (ethylene bissteramide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Wax granules and powders

WARADUR® E is an ester wax consisting of esters of montanic acids with multihydroxyl alcohols. Montanic acids are straight-chained monocarboxylic acids with a chain length in the range of C28 – C32. The corresponding esters exhibit chain length in the range of C58 – C66 and provide this wax with a low volatility, good thermostability and low migration rates.
