BB 2100 is a standard modulus carbon fiber precision cut from tow, with typical mechanical properties. These fibers are ideal for introduction into Bulk Molding Compound (BMC) materials, injection molding and pellet production for a wide range of end-use applications. Fibers come with standard epoxy-based sizing chemistry, optimized for use with most thermoset and thermoplastic resin systems. BB 2100 fibers are available as first quality certified materials as well as at discount without certifications. BB 2100 fiber is precision cut according to each customer specified length (e.g. 0.125, 0.25, 0.50 through 2.75" fiber lengths).

3B Fiberglass DS 8800-11P is a glass chopped strand specifically designed to rein-force high performance thermoplastic polymers, including PPS, PES, PSU, PPSU, PEI and PEEK. Furthermore, it shows interesting benefits in reinfor-cing PBT resins. 3B’s state-of-the-art manufacturing technology provides to DS 8800-11P very good strand integri-ty and bulk density leading to smooth compounders feeding, with low fuzz generation. DS 8800-11P displays excellent dis-persion within a large range of resin viscosities, enabling high glass fiber contents (> 55%). It is known for final reinforced parts’ heat stability and high mechanical properties combi-ned with hydrolysis/glycolysis perfor-mances that are rated from high to even outstanding specifically in PPS. DS 8800 -11P also meets stringent requirements of food contact and drinkable water standards such as EC 10/2011, FDA, BfR and ACS.

DS 2200-13P is also desig-ned for parts weathering in prolonged contact with water, detergents and glycol.
