MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® 3D TCE PC 5020 16116 is a polycarbonate-based polymer with 20% special filler that has increased thermal conductivity, is antistatic, and is heat stabilized. It is used in the Lighting, electrical and electronic market segment and is applicable for Extrusion of 3D printable FDM filaments for functional components. Processing Injection molding Filament extrusion melt temperature should be 250-270°C, and recommendations for 3D printing depending on printer type are nozzle temperature of 300-320°C, bed temperature of 80-120°C, and print speed of 10-60 mm/s.
