Hallman Lindsay Floorguard 309 Premium 100% Acrylic Floor Enamel is a 100% acrylic floor coating designed to enhance and protect walking surfaces. Formulated for simplified application, this single-component waterborne floor finish required no mixing, sweat-in time, or pot-life. This waterborne finish withstands moderate abrasion conditions including foot and rubber wheel cart traffic. The matte finish allows for easy recoat maintenance with minimal surface preparation.

Drying Time at 77°F 50% R.H:

  • To Touch: 2 hours*
  • Recoat: Overnight*

*Cooler temperatures and higher relative humidity will extend dry times

Recommended Spreading Rate:

  • 400 sq. ft./Gal to achieve
  • 4.0 mils Wet Film Thickness
  • 1.2 mils Dry Film Thickness

  • Roller: 3/8”- 3/4 “ nap synthetic shed-resistant or mohair cover
  • Brush: 100% nylon or synthetic blend
  • Airless: Minimum ¾ GPM with .017” tip @ 2300-2700 PSI
  • HVLP: Twin-stage turbine, 5 – 8 PSI, .051 to .070 projector set

  • Wood Surfaces: Enamel Undercoat, 231.
  • Smooth Masonry/Brick: Grip-Crete Masonry/Plaster Primer, 166.
  • New Work - Exterior
  • Wood Surfaces: Prime Kote, 111 for Cedar and Redwood. All other species Prime Guard, 112.
  • Smooth Masonry/Brick: Grip-Crete Masonry/Plaster Primer, 166.
  • Repaint Work: Spot prime all bare areas with suitable primer.
