- Stain Resistant Finish - The matte finish minimizes signs of wear and resists scuffing, washing, oils, and weather exposure.
- Multi-surface Application - Can be applied to a variety of prepared surfaces. Apply the same product on floors, stairs, stringers and girders.

- Brush: 100% nylon or synthetic blend
- Airless: Minimum ¾ GPM with .017” tip @ 2300-2700 PSI
- HVLP: Twin-stage turbine, 5 – 8 PSI, .051 to .070 projector set

- Wood Surfaces: Enamel Undercoat, 231.
- Smooth Masonry/Brick: Grip-Crete Masonry/Plaster Primer, 166.
- New Work - Exterior
- Wood Surfaces: Prime Kote, 111 for Cedar and Redwood. All other species Prime Guard, 112.
- Smooth Masonry/Brick: Grip-Crete Masonry/Plaster Primer, 166.
- Repaint Work: Spot prime all bare areas with suitable primer.
