That’s how the beautiful RESIGHA saw daylight back in 1984 in the heart of Ashanti region, a wholeblood daughter of JS COCOA.Back in the Netherlands, we produce and deliver high standard cocoa ingredients to customers all over the world. The unique cocoa powders of JS are highly defatted and near 100% fiber solids. Applied in bakery and confectionery, ice cream and dairy as well as in low caloric health products. Ensuring high intense coloring and dispersibility in liquid is exceptionally good. Due to less fat, a mild alkalization still results in a strong intrinsic color impact without requirements to label alkali (under 7%).

ZERO is the natural fat reduced cocoa powder from Theobroma cocoa that brings a warm red brown color to your product.This highly defatted cocoa powder  (less than 0.5% fat) is the solution for affordable cocoa content in the segments cookie and biscuits, confectionery and bakery products. Especially interesting in lauric fat based compound coatings &amp; fillings to avoid fat blooming and fat incompatibility. ZERO brings intense coloring capabilities, unique solubility in (cold) liquids (making it suitable for foamy applications, dairy and non-dairy beverages), with lower calories and an attractive price.
