    • We formulate the BEYOND‑2005™ with the emphasis on quality control to meet the highest precision cleaning requirements.
    • High-Tech and nuclear cleaning specifications are just two reasons why we developed the BEYOND‑2005™.
    • The cleaner is biodegradable, free rinsing, non-corrosive, non-toxic and no SARA-313 listing is required.
    • We suggest mixtures from 5% to the 50% range.
    • If the mixed solutions require heat, we suggest that the maximum temperature not exceed 170°F.
    Type of Contaminants The BEYOND‑2005™ Will Remove

    Petroleum and water soluble coolants, most inks, lay out dyes, silicone oils and grease, fluorinated oil and grease, per-fluorinated grease, and burnt-in carbon deposits, cosmoline, preservatives, general type grease and other type contaminants associated with manufacturing and R/O cleaning applications.

    • Technical orders established to clean fuel oil heat exchanger’s and jet engine fuel nozzles.
    • Passed the o-ring polymer requirements and can be used to remove carbon/coke deposits from augmentor controls.

    Specifications
    • Tested and conforms to the cleaning requirements for Navy Nuclear MIL-STD-767-D Dated Dec. 3/93 and MIL-STD-2041-B Dated Nov. 2/93.
    • Test results of 100% when tested to MIL-L-63460D, Sec. 4.9 Fire Residue Removal.
    • Tests results showed no organic contaminants found when using the FTIR test method to remove silicone oils, a 10% mixture was used for these tests.
    • Tested at both 25 and 50% concentrations, at room temperature and heated to 150° F., for 12 and 24 hours.
    • The metals tested were 2024 Non-Anodized Aluminum Panels, 356-T6 Cast Aluminum Panels with a MIL-A-8625, type 3 Anodized Coating and Titanium Panels.
    • In 1993 DOD funded a study to reduce or eliminate their need for Ozone Depleting Cleaner.
    • Fifty plus products were selected and tested.
    • They recommended the five best cleaner.
    • The BEYOND‑2005™ and BEYOND-2002® were two of the recommended cleaner.
    • Tested to ASTM G121-93 and ASTM G122-96, MIL-C87937B, Cleaning Effectiveness and Compatibility test.
