Nipacide® CFX is an in-can biocide based on formaldehyde + chloromethyl and methylisothiazolinone. Nipacide® CFX is water based low toxicity isothiazolinone/ formaldehyde donor biocide, developed for the complete in-can and head space protection of water based products. Nipacide® CFX is effective against a wide range of microorganisms including gram positive and gram negative bacteria, yeast and fungi. When products are prone to surface contamination by fungi and head space protection is required, Nipacide® CFX should be the biocide of choice. Nipacide® CFX is effective against a wide range of spoilage organisms effective over a wide pH and temperature range.

Omnirad 2100 is a highly efficient liquid curing agent to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated resins after exposure to UV light such as those based on a prepolymer – e.g., acrylates and unsaturated polyesters – in combination with mono- or multifunctional monomers as reactive thinners. It is well suitable for formulations in which Omnirad TPO is used. Omnirad 2100 provides all the handling advantages of a liquid product. In thicker coatings Omnirad 2100 offers improved bottom curing compared with that of Omnirad TPO. It is especially suitable for white-pigmented formulations with minimal yellowing after curing and for coatings with low pigment volume concentration. Therefore Omnirad 2100 can be offered in almost all applications as a one-to-one replacement for Omnirad TPO with certain advantages.

AGITAN 265 is a highly effective defoamer for aqueous emulsion based systems and water reducible systems, where only low emmisions are allowed. Due to its low emulsifiability in water the defoamer is ideal for medium to high viscosity formulations. In low viscosity systems AGITAN 265 is recommended if high levels of wetting agents are present or high shear is applied which assists the incorporation of the defoamer.
AGITAN 305 is recommended for aqueous emulsion systems, specifically for low odor and non-polluting formulations. It is compatible with all common binders.
AGITAN 156 is a polysiloxane emulsion with excellent stability and defoaming persistency. The defoamer is miscible with water in all ratios. AGITAN 156 can be used in pigmented and non-pigmented water based systems. Deuteron ES 224 is a surface active additive. Its presence in a mixture of unsaturated polyester resin/reactive-solvent (styrene) helps in removing air-bubbles (for instance when mixing resin and curing agent). It improves wetting of the substrate in systems containing extenders.Because of the above mentioned properties Deuteron ES 224 is an excellent wetting and air release agent in particular for laminating resins based on unsaturated polyester. The product is very suitable in laminating resins where excellent adhesion of polyester resin and glass fiber is required. It is insoluble in H2O.
