Luna-PTSI P is a low-viscosity reactive additive used as a water scavenger in the formulation of specialty urethane products, including adhesives, sealants and coatings. Luna-PTSI P also provides storage stabilization of purified diisocyanates against deterioration and discoloration. The use of Luna-PTSI P in the formulation process prevents moisture-related problems. Luna-PTSI P reacts rapidly with excess water to form the corresponding carbamic acid, which in turn, undergoes immediate decomposition to form carbon dioxide and non-reacting p-toluenesulfonamide. Gabriel® PKHS-30 PMA
Gabriel Phenoxy PK™HS-30 PMA is a 30% NV solution of Phenoxy resin in PM acetate (PMA or Propylene Glycol Methyl Ether Acetate). Phenoxy resins (polyhydroxyethers) are tough, ductile, amorphous, thermoplastic polymers having excellent thermal stability, adhesive strength, and vapor barrier properties. Phenoxy resins may be crosslinked by reacting its hydroxyl functional groups with isocyanates, melamine resins, or phenolic resins. Crosslinked phenoxy resins exhibit excellent chemical resistance, hardness, and adhesion on many substrates including steel, aluminum, glass, carbon fibers, and plastics such as nylon and polyester (PET). PKHS-30 PMA can be reduced with additional PMA to attain lower viscosities; the addition of MEK will reduce viscosities at a faster rate. The addition of diluents like xylene or toluene can also be useful. Coatings of PKHS-30 PMA exhibit excellent levels of flexibility and toughness when appropriately cured.
Chroma-Chem® DH-02876 plasticizer-based dispersions consist of organic and inorganic pigments suspended in a phthalate-free plasticizer. The primary plasticizer is 1,2-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid diisononyl ester. At Chromaflo, we give special consideration to pigment types in the custom color matching process. Pigments may be selected according to a variety of criteria, including weathering, UV stability, food contact, non-heavy metals, low abrasion and cost considerations. Along with these standard colors, Chromaflo Technologies offers custom color matched blends using the masstones in this line. These blended colors, or color packs, can be matched to almost any color.
ZINPLEX 15 contains 13.2% zinc metal ions that can be used to crosslink aqueous carboxylated polymers. This crosslinking or complexing takes place as the coating dries at either room temperature or under forced dry or higher baking conditions.
Esacure ONE is a difunctional alpha-hydroxy ketone photoinitiator. It is a highly reactive difunctional photoinitiator particularly suitable for clear systems. Due to its molecular structure it is particularly suitable for all systems where low VOC, low migration and low extraction values are needed (food packaging).
Esacure TZT is particularly indicated for the photo polymerisation of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odour and low yellowing are required. The radical generation occurs via hydrogen abstraction by the action of a co-initiator such as tertiary amines.

CAPCURE® 3830-81 is a medium viscosity, catalyzed mercaptan epoxy curing agent designed specifically for rapid cure in the 3 to 5 minute range at room temperature. CAPCURE® 3830-81 may be used both, as a sole curing agent or as an accelerator for amine and amide or amido-amine curative chemistries. The fast-set characteristics of this product over a wide temperature range (30 °F to 100 °F) offers utility in industrial, coatings, civil engineering and fast-set adhesive application areas.
