Braskem America UTEC® 3040 is an ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with a molecular weight about 10 times higher than High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) resins. This extremely high molecular weight yields several unique properties to this polymer such as high abrasion resistance, impact strength and low coefficient of friction that makes it a self-lubricating material.

Braskem TI4003F polypropylene impact copolymer (ICP) provides extra high izod impact, very high flexural modulus and good low temperature drop impact.

Braskem LDF0034 is a low density polyethylene (LDPE) of high molecular weight that provides high mechanical strength. It is used in extrusion of tubular films with excellent mechanical properties and heat shrinkage.

Ti-Pure™ R-105 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process that produces bright TiO2. Rutile titanium dioxide is a fine, dry powder that is most widely used as a white pigment. This product is specially designed for outdoor plastic applications, combining a neutral undertone with moderate opacity strength for easy color formulation work. The silica encapsulation technology minimizes the interaction of the TiO2 surface with other materials within the plastic matrix. This product is also treated with an organic-based material to provide excellent bulk flow and processing while minimizing the hygroscopic nature of inorganically coated TiO2.

TINOX Color Red 2541P is a very opaque, bright medium shade red with excellent overall properties. It finds a wide use of applications that include automotive applications, agricultural applications, special for plastic.

Polyester elastomer, Shore D35

WSD Chemical Dioctyl adipate/DOA Super Grade is a typical cold resisting plasticizer for vinyl chloride polymer and its copolymer, polystyrene,cellulosic resins and synthetic rubbers. It imparts a high plasticizing efficiency,less color change during light and heat attack,good softening property at low temperature.Usually applied in cold-resisting agricultural film,artificial leather,wrapping layer for electric wires,and water tubes for outdoor use.

Dragonsorb® 1084 is mainly used in polyethylene greenhouse films and agricultural films. It has strong compatibility with polyolefin products, and when used in polyethylene agricultural films and polypropylene artificial turfs, it has high stability. This product has high pesticide and acid resistance and is widely used in polypropylene, polyethylene fiber, artificial turf, and other fields. Additionally, it can be used with other forms of stabilizers, especially UV absorbers.

espol™ 17.00 is a non-accelerated orthophthalic polyester resin that rapidly wets out reinforcements. It has been specifically formulated for rooflite applications and offers excellent light transmittance and weather resistance. Additionally, it provides excellent mechanical strength and rigidity, as well as long-term durability. This resin is commonly used in the production of greenhouses, translucent roofing, domes, and architectural panels.

SperseStab™ 2300 is a highly effective antioxidant, anti-scorch, disproportionation agent, and processing stabilizer for use in PVC, ABS, EPDM, PP, rosin ester, polyurethane, and polyethylene polymers. It is commonly used as an antioxidant for polyethylene pipes, wires, cables, and tubes, as well as greenhouse films. This unique antioxidant performs well with peroxide-cured systems and also functions as a disproportionation agent for rosin esters. Additionally, it works as an anti-scorch agent in TDI-based polyurethane systems and an anti-skinning agent in hot melt adhesives.

The StanoStat CPM range are deep blue colored antimony tin oxides with a unique set of properties. CPM oxides in bulk are aggregates, consisting of nano-sized, spherical primary particles. This allows the products to be micronised in a variety of aqueous and organic solvents to nano-dispersions, which can be integrated into highly transparent, nearly colorless coatings. CPM oxides provide a high electrical conductivity and an excellent absorption of infrared light.
