MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® AWL 109/15 WT1217-11LB is a highly reflective, opaque, and high heat stabilized Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer modified with polycarbonate and 15% special filler. It is used in automotive, various lighting, and light blocking components and its typical applications are light guides and reflectors. It is approved by GMW15702 and should be processed with a melt temperature of 230-270°C and a mold temperature of 60-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PP 620/1 WT1034-05LB is a base polymer of Polypropylene Homopolymer with a filler/additive system of 15% special filler and 15% mineral. It is highly reflective and opaque, making it suitable for applications such as light guides and reflectors, and is used in the automotive and lighting market segment. The pre-drying conditions involve being in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer or air circulating dryer set between 80-100°C for 2-4 hours with a maximum moisture content of <0.02%. The processing injection molding requires a melt temperature of 230-270°C and a mold temperature of 20-90°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® AWL 15/2 WT1471-04LB is a base polymer of Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer filled with 15% special filler. It is highly reflective, opaque, and has good flow. This polymer is mainly used in lighting and light blocking components such as light guides and reflectors, primarily in the automotive market segment. For injection molding, it requires a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. It should be stored in a dry place, away from direct light.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB ECO PC+ABS 1000 SL WT1023-21 is a pre-dried injection molding grade with a polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene blend. It is highly reflective, contains recycled material, has anti-squeak modifications, and is opaque. It is used in the automotive, electrical and electronic, and lighting markets and is typically used for light guides and reflectors. When processing injection molding, the melt temperature should be 240-280°C and the mold temperature should be 70-100°C.

ALCOM® LB PC+ABS 1000 18079 RD1094-18

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LB PC+ABS 1000 18079 RD1094-18 is a pre-drying conditions injection molding grade, highly reflective, opaque and suitable for automotive, various, and lighting, light blocking components, various markets. The recommended pre-drying conditions are in a dry air (dessiccant) dryer 100-110°C for 2-4 hours or in an air circulating dryer 100-110°C for 4-8 hours with a maximum moisture content of less than 0.02%. The recommended processing injection molding parameters are a melt temperature of 250-280°C and a mold temperature of 70-100°C.

It features high reflectivity, opacity, heat stability, and stiffness, making it suitable for use in the Automotive and Lighting Market Segments for applications such as lighting, light blocking components, and light guides and reflectors. Processing Injection molding is done with a melt temperature of 240-270°C and a mold temperature of 60-100°C.

The material should be processed using injection molding with a melt temperature of 220-260°C and a mold temperature of 50-80°C. It should not exceed a maximum moisture content of 0.02%.
