SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRES EXL7414 is based on Polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin. It is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade. It offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40C), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard Polycarbonate. It is available in wide range of opaque colors and is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business EXL9330 is an opaque (PC)- siloxane copolymer resin that offers extreme low temperature (-60 C) ductility in combination with excellent processability. This UV stabilized, medium flow resin features UL f1/V-0/5VA rating with non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant agents for wide range of colors. EXL9330 is an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications such as mobile phones, tablets, industrial housings, electric circuit protection, personal safety helmets, electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) housings and connectors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN LUX7632C Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a non-filled, extrudable grade. This non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant PC has an UL-94 V0 rating at 1.0 mm / 5VA rating at 3.0mm and is UV stabilized(F1 rating) providing additional weathering capability. LEXAN LUX7632C is available in diffusion colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business Transparent high flow Polyetherimide (Tg 217C). Very low outgassing and plateout, for automotive lighting applications where highly metallized, reflective surfaces are required. Haze onset temperature of 204C (SABIC IP method) This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. XHT5141 is a high flow, high heat polycarbonate copolymer with a haze onset of 185C. It is available in a range of opaque colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN EXL1162T polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a transparent injection molding (IM) grade with extra release properties. This resin offers good low temperature (-20 C) ductility in combination with high flow characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC resins. LEXAN EXL1162T resin is a general purpose product available in transparent and opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a broad range of applications.

XHT5146 is a high flow, high heat polycarbonate copolymer with a haze onset of 185C. It is available in a range of opaque colors.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP UFL36AS compound is based on Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin containing 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Heat Stabilized, Internally Lubricated, Wear Resistant.

  ULTEM™ Resin AUR200G0 is an unreinforced ULTEM recycle based grade. This product does not contain PFAS intentionally added during SHPP’s manufacturing process and are not expected to contain unintentional PFAS impurities. Each user is responsible for evaluating the presence of unintentional PFAS impurities.  

Aegis® H85WC01 resin is a medium-high viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 jacket compound for use in wire, cable, flexible lighting and plenum applications. It provides excellent performance across the range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions along with a well-balanced set of properties, including low fuming, high toughness, abrasion resistance, and excellent resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons.

Aegis® H55WCX resin is a medium-viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 universal wire jacket compound that provides excellent performance across a range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions. It offers well-balanced features including flexibility, toughness, abrasion resistance, and superior resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons.

Aegis® H55WC01 is a medium viscosity, heat stabilized, nylon 6 universal wire jacket compound providing excellent performance across the range of THHN, THWN and TFFN constructions. It also offers a well-balanced set of properties including flexibility, toughness, abrasion resistance and excellent resistance to gasoline, oil and other hydrocarbons. Aegis® H55WC01 nylon compound has been investigated in accordance with the test methods outlined in ANSI/UL 1581 and ANSI/UL 83 and is certified under UL QMTT2 for use in wire, cable and flexible lighting products.

Arnite® AV2 370 XL-T is a high-performance engineering plastic that combines high strength and rigidity with excellent processing characteristics. As a result, it is well suited for a broad range of automotive, electrical, electronic, and consumer goods applications. The processing technology best suited is injection molding, with special features such as low outgassing and thermal conductivity.

ForTii® LDS85B is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide that offers halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades, making it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace. It enables mechanical function integration with high impact resistance and ductility. ForTii® LDS85B exhibits very good plating performance. The processing technology for this product is injection molding, and it offers the special feature of being 30% glass-reinforced.

Stanyl® TC502 is a high-performance polyamide that provides unmatched performance and value for demanding applications in which superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear and friction, and process flow qualities are required. This high-performance polyamide 46 is used for applications in automotive, E&E, gears, and outdoor power equipment. Since it retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220 °C, this makes it ideal for extremely high-performance applications, where it outperforms PPA, PA6T, PA9T, and often PPS and LCP. A suitable processing technology for the product is injection molding, which is thermally conductive.

ForTii® LDS51B is a breakthrough high-temperature polyamide that offers halogen-free and halogen-containing flame retardant grades, making it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as electronics, lighting, automotive, white goods, industrial, and aerospace. It is a truly reflow-compatible and halogen-free flame retardancy grade. MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® AWL 109/15 WT1217-11LB is a highly reflective, opaque, and high heat stabilized Acrylonitrile/Butadiene/Styrene/Copolymer modified with polycarbonate and 15% special filler. It is used in automotive, various lighting, and light blocking components and its typical applications are light guides and reflectors. It is approved by GMW15702 and should be processed with a melt temperature of 230-270°C and a mold temperature of 60-100°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LDDC PC 1000 UV BK1104-20 is a polycarbonate-based polymer with a special filler and UV stabilized additive system, suitable for automotive and lighting applications. It is used for creating light transparent components and black panel technology, with typical applications including display elements and operating elements.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® AWL 109/15 UV WT1217-11LB is a base polymer of acrylonitrile/butadiene/styrene/copolymer modified with polycarbonate, containing 15% special filler and special features of being highly reflective, opaque, UV stabilized, and highly heat stabilized. It is intended for use in the automotive and various market segments, primarily for lighting and light blocking components such as light guides and reflectors.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/48 CC1124-13LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system providing light scattering, high light transmission, and easy flow. It is used in the automotive and lighting market segments for applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. For optimum results, the injection molding melt temperature should be between 270-310°C, and the mold temperature should be between 80-110°C.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 UV WT1257-04LD is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that is UV stabilized and features light scattering and high light transmission. It is used in automotive and lighting applications such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements, and is approved by GS93016. For optimal performance, injection molding should be done at a melt temperature of 270-310°C and mold temperature of 80-110°C. It is important to follow these instructions.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® LD2 PC 1000 UV 15091 GY1138-15 is a polycarbonate base polymer with a special filler/additive system that is UV stabilized. It is translucent with good flow properties, and is used in the automotive and lighting market segments for lighting and light transparent components such as lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. It is approved by GS93016.

MOCOM Compounds ALCOM® PC 740/4 WT1065-12LD2 is a polycarbonate-based injection molding grade with a special filler/additive system, featuring translucent and high light diffusion, and processing stabilized properties. It is suitable for automotive and lighting market segments and is typically used for lamp covers, display elements, and operating elements. The recommended melt temperature is 270-310°C, and mold temperature is 80-110°C. Additionally, the product is GS93016 approved.
