Durapatch mMa is a two component, methyl methacrylate based concrete patching material. Durapatch mMa sets very rapidly to minimize downtime or traffic disruption. When mixed, Durapatch mMa forms a durable polymer concrete which bonds tenaciously to the concrete substrate and develops very high compressive strength. Durapatch mMa resists freeze thaw damage and has excellent chemical resistance.

MiraPatch RM 3000 is a single component, polymer-modified, pre-blended cementitious repair mortar fortified with micro-fiber reinforcement and shrinkage-compensating additives to achieve exceptional physical properties with very low drying shrinkage. Designed for horizontal and vertical applications, MiraPatch RM 3000 can be troweled-applied at a minimum depth 1/8” up to 1”. For repair depths 1” and greater, extend mortar with 3/8” clean coarse aggregate to produce MiraPatch RM 3000 concrete.

DuraTite® Repair Mortar is quick-setting, single-component, ready-to-use repair mortar for vertical and overhead applications. DuraTite® Repair Mortar consists of Portland cement, specially treated quartz sand, and fiber reinforcements that reduce shrinkage and limit cracking. Chemicals withinDuraTite® Repair Mortar react with water and by-products of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction, creating a crystalline complex integral to the concrete. The crystals grows in the presence of water and block the pours in the concrete and minor cracks, waterproofing the concrete. Once the solution is mixed, it may take several days for the pores to be completely blocked.

QuakeBond™ 320LV (Low Viscosity Resin) is a two-component, high strength, low viscosity structural epoxy. The low viscosity makes this an ideal product for gravity feed. It can be used as a liquid binder for sand, aggregate or other mineral fillers to form cost-effective material to fill the annular space around piles when PileMedic® laminates are used. The resin cures underwater, making it suitable for the repair of submerged piles. ITC -100 HT Ceramic Coating is a versatile high-temperature coating rated up to 5000℉ proven to achieve outstanding energy savings and refractory protection. The coating is used as a covering for ceramic fiber insulation, castable, or brick refractory. ITC 100 HT works by reflecting radiant heat back into the furnace, kiln, or forge to achieve high temperatures quickly and efficiently. Eucoweld 2.0 is a liquid latex bonding agent for cement-based repair mortars and concrete. EUCOWELD 2.0 has a long open time, and repair materials can be placed either after it has dried, or while it is still wet. TechCrete® 2500 Waterproofing Agent is a modified silicate solution that provides long-term waterproofing and durability benefits to concrete. This gel creates a sub-surface barrier against the ingress of water and contaminants such as chloride ions. TechCrete® 2500 Waterproofing Agent will seal stable cracks up to 5/64” in width and will seal future, non-structural cracks, up to 1/64”. In the matrix, the product remains reactive when in contact with water, to provide autogenous healing properties to future hairline cracks that increase in size.

MS4310A/MS9235B, is a two part, epoxy compound that is designed for composite laminate repair at temperatures up to 440⁰F. MS4310A / MS9235B has a long working life of 60-90 minutes at 25°C (75°F), for 100g of mixed product. When exposed to higher temperature, substrates and applications, MS4310A/MS9235B retains its’ designed strength properties with a shortened work life. Please note that the working life is significantly decreased when masses greater than 1 lb are mixed before application.
