Polynt Group BMC RF 9/18 is a bulk molding compound based on an unsaturated polyester resin, fire retardant grade, halogen-free, reinforced with glass fibers. This BMC has been developed for electrical application. Good fire protection grade and good flow are combined into the BMC RF 9/18. BMC RF 9/18 is certified V0 3,0 mm by UL laboratories. BMC RF 9/18 is formulated according to RoHS, REAC regulation SVHC and WEEE European legislation.

Urochem Molding Compound 136 by BI-QEM is a urea formaldehyde resin. It is filled with highly refined cellulose and modified with special purpose additives, pigments, cure regulators and lubricants. It provides excellent electrical properties and resistance against surfactants & weak bases. It offers high hardness, glossy surface, excellent scratch resistance and excellent chemical resistance. It can be processed by injection molding. Urochem Molding Compound 136 is recommended for electrical components such as sockets, lamp holders and domestic circuit breakers. Its shelf life is of 12 months below 20°C. The molded products can be recycled and exhibits good UV stability with good moisture resistance.
