It is UL94 V0 rated at 1.5mm for flame retardancy using non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems. This medium-flow, opaque material is suitable for injection molding and sheet extrusion applications. It offers extreme low-temperature ductility at -40°C and excellent processability, with opportunities for shorter injection molding cycle times compared to standard PC. Available in a wide range of opaque colors, it is targeted for a variety of applications.

This grade is electrically conductive and features improved processing capabilities. It offers high flow, heat stabilization, dimensional stability, and impact resistance, with low ionics, outgassing, and liquid particle count. Designed for injection molding, it is suitable for applications in mobile phones, computers, tablets, electrical devices and displays, electrical components and infrastructure, semiconductors, and electronic material handling.

LNP™ COLORCOMP™ Compound 9X02695H is based on polyphenylsulfone (ppsu) and features high heat resistance and easy processing. It is characterized by high flow, healthcare/formula lock, high temperature resistance, and the absence of intentionally added PFAS. SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM 2310EPR resin is a further improved flow 30% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide resin with an added internal mold release. The material is RoHS compliant and is intrinsically flame retardant without the use of FR modifiers and offers UL94 V0 and 5VA ratings. The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. Beside enhanced flow the material offers enhanced metal adhesion in Electroplated applications. The material is opaque.
