Loxon, the œwork horse of the appliance industry, is a blend of high-tech polymers specifically synthesized and produced for metal decorating applications. Loxon has been developed to meet new appliance specifications. It has superior resistance to laundry group detergents and new generation spot removers. Loxon has passed virtually all other chemical resistance tests called for in the appliance industry.

MultiTech D has good electrical properties under humid conditions, superior heat resistance, and superior arc resistance. BaseCase Multifunctional A is an acrylate - methacrylate monomer blend, containing 50% of trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) and 50% hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA). It polymerizes when exposed to sources of free radicals. BaseCase Multifunctional A is particularly useful in coatings where a good thermal and/or chemical resistance are important. It is recommended for use in: coatings where chemical and/or thermal resistance is required, and solder and etch resists.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 R A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical properties.

SILRES® K is a solution of a condensation-curing methyl silicone resin in toluene. The product can be used as a binder or as an impregnation agent for porous materials. Besides, SILRES® K is the ideal product for making tack-free prepregs with excellent storage stability. Fully cured SILRES® K has a very low carbon content and thus yields a high ash content when pyrolized. Composites made of SILRES® K show long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. They can therefore be continuously exposed to constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures significantly higher than 300 °C (572 °F). SILRES® K also provides water repellency and excellent electrical insulation properties to the respective composite materials.

ELASTOSIL® E47 Transparent is a non-slump, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows particularly excellent adhesion to cured silicone elastomers. Vulcanization can be accelerated by elevated temperatures (up to 80°C).

ELASTOSIL® RT 774 is a non-slump, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 774 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. ELASTOSIL® A33 Ivory is a moisture-curing silicone rubber (RTV-1) that does not slump and cures at room temperature. It releases an organic amine during the vulcanization process. ELASTOSIL® A33 demonstrates excellent primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates. This multipurpose grade is suitable for sealing and bonding applications, offering resistance to high temperatures and contact with oil.
