The glass _x005F_x001f_bre is bonded with a silane cou-pling agent and the layers held together with a suitable binder.The CFM products contain an insolublebinder compatible with both un_x005F_x001f_lled or _x005F_x001f_lled unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and polyurethane resin systems. The M8610 mat is ideally suited for injection molding, RTM and S-RIM processes for molding complex parts. The M8615mat version, with its high rigidity, helps to work with large CFM cuts without loosing _x005F_x001f_bres. The excellent mechanical properties provided by CFM combined with the good electrical properties of the resins make the molded parts attractive for applications like electrical apparatus (high voltage), transportation & automo-tive industries and infrastructuresequipments.
