The material may offer excellent dimension stability, strength, stiffness and creep resistance up to high temperature due to its high glass transition temperature of 217°C. It is a UV stabilized, medium flow opaque material suitable for injection molding (IM) and sheet extrusion applications. This grade offers UL94 V0 @ 1.5mm flame retardancy based on non-bromine, non-chlorine FR systems, extreme low temperature ductility (-40°C) characteristics and excellent processability with opportunities for shorter IM cycle times compared to standard PC. It is available in a wide range of opaque colors and may be an excellent candidate for a wide range of applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP ELCRIN 610001UiQ2 (also known as ELCRIN ER011568) is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant Polycarbonate / Polybutylene Terephthalate (PC/PBT) alloy, utilizing iQ PBT generation 2 technology with minimum 12% post consumer recycled content. Added features of this material include: good impact strength, good chemical resistance, improved heat resistance, bright white color achievable, UL V-0 rating at 1.5 mm thickness and easy flow ability.

SABIC's Specialties Business ELCRIN EXL7414B polycarbonate (PC) siloxane copolymer resin is a medium flow, non-chlorinated, non-brominated flame retardant opaque grade with major component synthesized from Bio source. This resin offers excellent low temperature ductility (-40ºC), extremely thin wall flame retardant capability with UL94 V0 at 0.6mm, and in combination with excellent processability and release with opportunities for shorter cycle times compared to standard PC. ELCRIN EXL7414B resin is a product available in wide range of opaque colors and excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications, such as the battery cover of fast-charging mobile phones that need to be compliant with IEC 62368-1.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7211 Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@1.5mm, 5VA@2.5mm and 5VB@2.0mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business ULTEM™ Resin 1010UCL is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide (PEI) thermoplastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 217°C. 1010UCL offers the same performance as ULTEM 1010 resin and offers further enhanced cleanliness control for (optical) applications. The natural (uncolored) version of this grade is compliant with RoHS and also with Halogen Free standards as IEC 61249-2-21 and e.g. IPC 4101E. For colored versions, compliance needs to be checked case by case.

SABIC's Specialties Business CYCOLOY CX7240U Polycarbonate/Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (PC/ABS) blend is an injection moldable, medium flow, non chlorinated/brominated UV stabilized flame retardant grade. It has a UL94 V0@.75mm, 5VA@3.0mm and 5VB@1.5mm flame rating. This grade has improved chemical resistance compared to standard PC/ABS blends and is a good candidate for thin wall applications.

SABIC's Specialties Business NORYL GTX674PC resin is a conductive, non-reinforced alloy of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Polyamide (PA). This injection moldable grade is optimized to allow for in- or on-line primer-less powder coat painting around corners and holes with a Class A Surface. NORYL GTX674PC resin exhibits high heat resistance, improved surface appearance and is an excellent candidate for automotive applications such as mirror housings and brackets. This injection moldable grade has high stiffness (flexural modulus 8200 MPa), excellent chemical resistance, and high heat resistance. NORYL GTX830 resin is an excellent candidate for a wide variety of applications including automotive under the bonnet applications and water meter housings. NORYL GTX678 resin exhibits an excellent balance of conductivity, high heat resistance, good ductility, and is heat stabilized. Post-Consumer Recycling (PCR) Polycarbonate content up to 35%.

SABIC's Specialties Business LNP LUBRICOMP GFL36L compound is based on Polysulfone (PSU) resin containing 30% glass fiber, 15% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Low Extractable, Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business LEXAN™ Copolymer XHT3171 is a 38 MVR high flow, high heat polycarbonate copolymer enabling high esthetics, thin wall and complex designs. It is available in a range of opaque colors.

LNP LUBRICOMP DL004 compound is based on Polycarbonate (PC) resin containing 20% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

LNP LUBRICOMP JD4901 compound is based on Polyetherimide (PEI) resin containing 20% glass fiber, 10% PTFE. Added features of this grade include: Wear Resistant.

SABIC's Specialties Business FLEX NORYL WCD801AU resin is a flexible, non-reinforced, UV stabilized extrudable blend of Polyphenylene Ether (PPE) + Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). This material contains non-halogenated flame retardant and performance capable of meeting UL VW-1 requirements, 80C end use temperature rating, and heat deformation performance as defined by UL 1581. FLEX NORYL WCD801AU resin is intended for evaluation in wire insulation and cable jacket applications in light colors. It has a Shore A Hardness reading of 82 and exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electric properties, low specific gravity, and good color stability after UV weathering per ASTM D4459. Processing is typically conducted on standard extrusion equipment, and UL 1581 testing is conducted on 2.0mm wire with 0.12mm X 20 stranded copper conductor.

This injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at 2mm and V1 at 1.5mm along with UL746C Outdoor Suitability rating of F1 and RTI of 110C. NORYL™ SE1GFN2 exhibits high heat resistance, good dielectric strength, dimensional stability, hydrolytic stability, and very low moisture absorption. This material is an excellent candidate for a variety of applications such as solar frames, unattended power supply (UPS) inverter/charger, indoor and outdoor electrical enclosures / housings / connectors, and wall plates / sockets / switches.
