ELASTOSIL® E47 Transparent is a non-slump, one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It shows particularly excellent adhesion to cured silicone elastomers. Vulcanization can be accelerated by elevated temperatures (up to 80°C).

ELASTOSIL® N9111 White is a non-slump, non-corossive, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It is a multipurpose sealant and adhesive for the appliance, automotive, and electronics industries. Due to its shear-thinning nature, ELASTOSIL® N9111 White is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B is a pourable addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber specifically designed for coating, lamination, encapsulation, and molding applications. This product undergoes vulcanization at both room temperature and under heat, resulting in a transparent silicone rubber with excellent transmission properties and a moderate hardness. Cured ELASTOSIL® SOLAR 3210 A/B exhibits exceptional long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. It can withstand constantly changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 180 °C (356 °F) without any damage to the silicone elastomer.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3842/70 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3842 series. It is a paste-like, easily  pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and exhibit good mechanical and electrical properties, as well as very low compression sets.

HDK® T30 is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® T30 is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It finds application in inkjet paper, make-up, powder coatings, printing inks, and rheology control.

POWERSIL® Paste AP is an opaque to whitish paste with a medium consistency. It exhibits good values for electrical insulation, permittivity, and dielectric strength. Additionally, POWERSIL® Paste AP shows minimal swelling of silicone elastomers it comes in contact with, thanks to the utilization of a special phenyl-silicone oil.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3072/30 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3072 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque and have good mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3065/30 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3065 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction. In comparison with ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 grades, the coefficient of friction is reduced by 50-70%. The vulcanizates are noted for their excellent mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

WACKER® Silicone Paste P 12 is a pure white, soft-consistency heat sink paste with marked thermal conductivity. It is electrically insulating. WACKER® PASTE P 12 is used especially in semiconductor technology as a heat sink paste. When there is a need for good heat transfer from a semiconductor to a cooling element, applying a thin coating of WACKER® PASTE P 12 is advisable. In the assembly of semiconductors such as diodes, transistors, and thyristors, microscopic irregularities may exist on the mating surfaces of the semiconductor and the cooling surface. These surface irregularities can hinder firm metal-to-metal contact when assembled.

POWERSIL® 740 Light Gray A/B is a paste-like, two-component compound with short curing times. When cured, it forms vulcanizates that exhibit remarkable properties such as high tracking and erosion resistance. The material also demonstrates good mechanical properties, including high tear strength, and exhibits excellent dielectric behavior.

ELASTOSIL® RT 675 A/B is a pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber with a two-part formulation and a 1:1 mixing ratio. It features a very high hardness (Shore A) and excellent heat stability. This silicone rubber is particularly known for its high thermal conductivity, making it ideal for the encapsulation of electronic components.

ELASTOSIL® R Plus 5305/70 is a platinum-catalyzed, addition-curing, two-part silicone rubber specifically designed for the manufacturing of extruded articles. Cured articles exhibit excellent transparency and very good mechanical properties. This silicone rubber is suitable for applications such as ignition and battery cables, utilizing addition curing and two-component systems.

SEMICOSIL® 924 is a pourable, thermally curable, addition-curing one-part silicone rubber that cures to a very soft silicone gel. It is a ready-to-use product, requiring no additional mixing. SEMICOSIL® 924 exhibits thixotropic flow, allowing for easy application. Upon vulcanization, it forms a soft gel. This silicone rubber has low levels of volatiles and uncured polymers, contributing to its high purity. It also boasts a low ion content. SEMICOSIL® 924 maintains almost constant properties within a broad temperature range, from -50 °C to +180 °C.

ELASTOSIL® E91 Transparent is a self-leveling silicone rubber with very good mechanical properties that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. Curing can be accelerated in a steam oven. It is a multipurpose glue for textile coatings, e.g. antislip coatings.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3852/50 A/B is a low-oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3852 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times and very good demoldability (high hot tear resistance). Shortly after curing, a thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface. The vulcanizates are opaque, have very good mechanical and electrical properties, excellent cut resistance, and a low compression set without post-cure.

ELASTOSIL® RT 646 A/B is a castable, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber that vulcanizes at room temperature. WACKER® AP 500 is a clear, colorless, and odorless polydimethylsiloxane with a high proportion of phenyl groups. It is commonly used as a heat transfer fluid and a pressure transfer fluid. For practical purposes, the useful temperature range of WACKER® AP 500 is between -35 °C and +200 °C.

SEMICOSIL® HMDSO-EL is a high-purity hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO) known for its exceptional purity, low metal content, and low chloride content. WACKER® Primer G 790 Toluene Free is a solution of reactive siloxanes and silanes in an organic solvent. It is specifically formulated to be free of toluene and other aromatic solvents. The primer can be applied directly to the substrate or diluted if desired. As the solvent evaporates and when exposed to ambient humidity, the primer forms a rigid film that firmly adheres to the substrate. By applying a silicone rubber onto the primed substrate and subsequently vulcanizing it, a strong bond is achieved between the silicone rubber and the substrate.

SEMICOSIL® 2M2M is a high-purity dimethoxydimethylsilane with low levels of metal, chloride, and methanol content. It was developed specifically for the semiconductor industry, serving as a precursor for low-dielectric-constant interlayer dielectrics. This product is commonly used in chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and spin-on dielectric (SOD) applications.

POWERSIL® 466 A/B is a ready-to-use, two-component system of liquid silicone rubber. It exhibits medium conductivity and offers stable electrical properties along with good mechanical properties. WACKER SilGel® 612 EH A/B is a two-part, pourable, addition-curing RTV-2 silicone rubber. It is a modified version of WACKER SilGel® 612, offering increased hardness and reactivity. With a 1:1 mixing ratio, this product ensures a convenient and precise blending process. It exhibits rapid curing properties and retains a low hardness.

ELASTOSIL® RT 771 is a self-leveling, condensation-curing RTV-2 silicone adhesive. When used with a curing agent from the WACKER® Catalyst T 77 series, it forms a self-bonding and durable silicone rubber. Cured ELASTOSIL® RT 771 offers excellent long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and UV light. The silicone elastomer can continuously withstand changing climatic conditions, UV radiation, and temperatures up to 180°C (356°F) without damage.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3675/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3675 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time and a low coefficient of friction.
