LUMISIL® products all offer compelling properties: they support highly efficient, low-cost production and feature optimized flow and crosslinking behavior as well as high light resistance. LUMISIL® is supplied in various forms for processing to lenses by dispensing/jetting, transfer molding and injection molding.

The Crestabond® range of M7 / PP (1:1) and M1 (10:1) structural adhesives are unique to the market due to the incorporation of our novel tougheners. The Crestabond® range of adhesives benefits from a range of working times to suit different applications.

Under the brand family GENIOSIL®, WACKER offers organofunctional silanes and innovative silane modified polymers for bonding and sealing. Their most outstanding property is the fact that they combine environmental advantages with performance benefits.

IMSIL® microcrystalline silica fillers are produced from an inert, naturally occurring alpha quartz with a unique grape-like morphology. Finer micronized grades are useful in formulating higher gloss paints and systems requiring controlled particle top size such as Industrial OEM topcoat coats and non-conductive inks. Intermediate size grades offer ideal and uniform gloss control for topcoats, coil coats and increased inter-coat adhesion between primers and topcoats. Coarser grades offer high solids loading with low viscosity,  texture, anti-skid  and abrasion resistance in industrial floor coatings and exterior deck coatings.

GENIOSIL® STP-E are silane-crosslinking organic polymers that combine properties typical of both silicones and polyurethanes. They are highly versatile yet easy and safe to use as they are isocyanate and solvent-free and  in case of the α-polymers  do not require tin-catalysts for curing.

SEMICOSIL® is WACKER's brand name for its silicone rubber grades developed for use in electronics applications. Each product is customized to the requirements of a specific application, resulting in a portfolio of highly specialized grades.

K-KAT® catalysts are alternatives (or substitutes) to tin and mercury catalysts for isocyanate, blocked isocyanate and moisture cure silane systems. K-KAT catalysts are effective for crosslinking silane terminated polymers while adding improved adhesion.

GENIOSIL® XM range are monofunctional polymers that offer a wide range of adhesion and sealing options, even without the use of plasticizer. They are ideal for the formulation of soft yet highly elastic adhesives and sealants. The resultant product exhibits virtually universal, outstanding adhesion especially to many difficult, sometimes non-polar, substrates  in particular low-energy surfaces such as PVC, PS or EPDM.

EPOXIBOND optical adhesives are low viscosity, optically clear adhesives. Each product has been engineered for use in a variety of industries including fiber-optic, medical, and electronics industries. Epoxyset medical adhesives are designed for use in medical devices such as MRI devices, endoscopes, catheters, ultrasound probes etc. In addition to the products below, we custom manufacture adhesives for use in the medical device industry.

WACKER SilGel® comprises highly transparent, silicone rubber compounds that cure to form silicone gels. They stand out due to their low viscosity and strong inherent tack, often rendering a primer or adhesion promoter superfluous. All products can be fully automatically processed in mixing and metering units, and are ideal for efficient mass production. WACKER SilGel® products are addition-curing, RTV-2-silicone elastomers that cure both at room temperature and at higher temperatures.

Silopren* Liquid Silicone Rubber - Momentive’s extensive Silopren liquid silicone rubber is a portfolio of platinum catalyzed materials designed to cure rapidly by heating in standard injection molding equipment. This versatile family of elastomers can deliver solutions to a wide range of applications across multiple industries ranging from automotive to energy and consumer goods to health care.

Filter-bond™ is a series of thermoset potting compounds used for potting and pre-potting applications by some of the industry's largest filter manufacturers.

GENIOSIL® XT grades expand the formulation capabilities with silane-terminated polymers. These new grades have been optimized to be low in viscosity but displaying a high number of silyl groups per unit volume. Consequently, the new polymers build up a solid, yet elastic network as they cure. The resulting adhesive layers and waterproofing membranes based on GENIOSIL® XT attain high inner strength, remain extremely elastic and exhibit outstanding tear resistance. Thus they are the products of choice for industrial applications.

The FLASHBOND™ brand is Epoxyset’s cationic UV/LED cure epoxy adhesives which offer the benefits of traditional UV/LED cure products as well as the chemical strength and high Tg standard epoxy systems offer. Epoxy UV cure adhesives do not succumb to oxygen inhibition and will not stay tacky once fully cured.

GENIOSIL® XB for the first time exploit the advantages of silane crosslinking for user-friendly, environmentally compatible structural adhesive bonds. Thanks to their low viscosity, they can be easily compounded without using plasticizers or solvents. Moreover, the use of tin catalysts can now also be eliminated.

GENIOSIL® WP silane-modified polymers are the key to innovative waterproofing products, whose properties are comparable to those of polyurethane-based liquid waterproofing coatings. Thanks to its particularly low viscosity, GENIOSIL® WP is easy to formulate without the addition of solvents, plasticizers or tin catalysts.
