MF 01 ER is designed to reinforce products like thermoplastics, thermoset resins, glues, coatings, and adhesives within a large range of applications and markets.MF 01 ER represents a main improvement compared to minerals when aiming for a higher stiffness and/or better impact properties in combination with specific properties, such as flow enhancement, flame retardancy, uniform isotropic shrinkage, resistance to acid environment, coating stability, etc. MF 01 ER can be collocated in between mineral fillers and most com-monly available milled fibers as it dis-plays an intermediate length/diameter aspect ratio. The product comes in a powdery form that provides both improved flowability/handling and low density.

APCM DA 4518 is an epoxy prepreg designed for a temperature range of -67°F (-55°C) to 350°F (177°C), with a cure of 250°F (121°C) for one hour and or a cure of 350º F (177ºC) for 1 hour. This material needs to be post cure or cured to 350ºF to get the 350º properties.

Cospheric Clear Polyethylene Microspheres 0.96g/cc - 1um to 1700um (1.7mm) is in dry powder form. No solvents, additives, or colorants are used in the manufacturing process. Polyethylene microspheres are hydrophobic and suspend easily in oil-based solutions. They can also be suspended in aqueous solution if coated with a surfactant prior to suspending in water. We recommend using Tween 80 or Tween 20 Surfactants.

APCM DA 4080 is 200°F cure modified epoxy prepreg system which can be prepreged on fiberglass fabric, woven Kevlar, or other woven fabrics. In addition to their low temperature cure capabilities, DA 4080 prepregs have excellent flow to allow for vacuum bag cure conditions. DA 4080 is a one sided pre-impregnated system yielding a single sided tack material. DA 4082 is the same system except that both sides of the fabric are coated yielding a double sided tack material. Both prepregs can be used for laminating and honeycomb sandwich construction.
