Cithrol™ DPHS is a versatile emulsifier for W/O lotions and creams. It has the unique ability to produce very stable fluid viscosity emulsions with excellent freeze/thaw and high temperature stability. Owing to the low viscosity, the emulsions spread easily on the skin and have a light skin feel. Cithrol™ DPHS is based on non-animal sourced raw materials. Jungbunzlauer CITROFOL® AI has been registered according to REACH Regulation at the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in 2013.CITROFOL® AI consists 100 % out of natural materials, citric acid and ethanol, and is used as flavour and carrier for flavours in the food industry. The natural and environmentally friendly product can be used as a solvent, cosolvent, or penetrant in many industrial and agricultural applications.
