Lutensol® A 9 N

Lutensol® A 9 N Surfactant is a 100% active nonionic surfactant made up of a linear lauryl myristyl alcohol with a nine-mole ethylene oxide adduct. It has outstanding detergency and wetting power and produces moderate foam. It is highly compatible with other nonionic, cationic, and anionic surfactants. Lutensol® A 9 N is suitable for use in light-duty liquids, heavy-duty laundry powders and liquids, as well as industrial and household cleaners. The product is also readily biodegradable.

Plurafac® LF-901 is a nonionic surfactant with low foaming properties. It is made up of predominantly unbranched fatty alcohols that are alkoxylated with both higher alkene oxides and ethylene oxide. This 100% active product provides benefits such as low foaming solutions and wetting capabilities.

Plurafac® LF 500

Plurafac® LF 500 is a low-foaming nonionic surfactant that provides excellent foam control for Glucopon® surfactant and Deriphat® 160 C. It is mainly used for its wetting, low-foaming, or even defoaming properties. Plurafac® LF 500 finds applications in various industries, such as food and beverage processing, food service and kitchen hygiene, commercial laundry, institutional cleaning and sanitation, and industrial cleaning.

Dehypon® LS 54

Good performance for cleaning and foam control. Suitable for high-temperature cleaning (greater than 60°C). The cloud point is 30°C, so it has very low foaming above that temperature, which is ideal for carpet extraction operating temperatures (typically 35 to 50°C). Listed on the EPA's Safer Chemical Ingredients List, it is a low-foaming fatty alcohol EO/PO derivative.

Glucopon® 600 UP

Glucopon® 600 UP is a long-chain APG surfactant available as an approximately 50% viscous liquid. It works in combination with fatty soap to act as a mild degreaser and a foaming/stabilizing surfactant. It is mild to the skin and can synergistically reduce the skin irritation caused by anionic surfactants. It has a synergistic effect with lactic acid to increase the clean plate count. Furthermore, it contains no biocide for preservation and is listed on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List.

Pluronic® L 81

Pluronic® L 81 is a low-foaming surfactant that is 100% active and suitable for use in low-temperature commercial dishwashing machines. It provides good defoaming and wetting properties, making it suitable for use in food service and kitchen hygiene applications. The product is listed on Safer Choice. Pluronic® L 81 is commonly used in automatic dishwashing and bottle wash applications.

Plurafac® SLF 180

Plurafac® SLF 180 is a low-foaming surfactant with a cloud point of 18°C and is listed on EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List. It is suitable for low temperature cleaning (45°C or lower) and has very good synergy with Pluronic N3, especially when used as a rinse aid in low temperature warewash machines. Final surfactant choice will be formulation dependent.

Pluronic® L 61 is a 100% active product and suitable for low-temperature commercial dishwashing machines. It is a low-foaming surfactant that provides good defoaming and wetting. In addition to its use in dishwashing machines, it is also suitable for machine floor cleaning as a foam controlling agent.

APG® 325N is a liquid product composed of alkyl polyglycosides derived from synthetic C9-C11 fatty alcohol and dissolved in water. It is a liquid product of approximately 50% concentration and has high primary cleaning, excellent gloss retention (low to no streak) and excellent plastic compatibility.

Lutensol® AO 11 is a nonionic surfactant that is approximately 100% active. It is derived from C13C15 oxo alcohol with 11 moles of ethylene oxide, consisting of approximately 67% C13 and 33% C15. This high-performance surfactant exhibits low toxicity and offers excellent emulsification, dispersion, wetting, and compatibilizing properties.

Lutensol® XL 89

Lutensol® XL 89 is an efficient and easy-to-handle wetting agent with a C10 guerbet alcohol alkoxylate POE (8) composition and 80% active content. It is synthetically derived and readily degradable. This product can provide improved performance compared to NP-9 in various in-can and tank mix applications. Lutensol® XL 89 is suitable for a wide range of formulation types, including emulsifier concentrates, oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions, microemulsions, suspension concentrates, suspo-emulsions, soluble liquids, wettable granules, and wettable powders.

Lutensol® XP 40 is a nonionic surfactant manufactured by causing a C10-alcohol to react with ethylene oxide in stoichiometric proportions. It is a cloudy liquid at room temperature and tends to form sediment. The numeric code in the product name indicates the general degree of ethoxylation.

Lutensol® A 65 N

Lutensol® A 65 N is a liquid product with a concentration of 100%, or Lutensol® TO 89 in a 90% solution. The hydrophobe is based on saturated iso-C13 alcohol with moderate branching and has a cloud point of 60°C. It offers excellent detergency and wetting power and is a moderate foamer. Additionally, it is highly compatible with other nonionic, cationic, and anionic surfactants.

Pluronic® 25R2 is a 100% active product suitable for use in low-temperature commercial dishwashing machines. It provides good defoaming and wetting properties and is heavily used in the industry as a rinse aid for low-temperature commercial dish machines. Deriphat® 160 C

Deriphat® 160 C is an amphoteric surfactant for cleaners sold as a 30% liquid with very good foaming power in both hard and soft water. It is stable over a broad pH range, allowing it to be used in both acidic and alkaline formulations. DERIPHAT® 160 C can be combined with cationic surfactants, which are often used as bactericides for disinfectants. Additionally, it is a strong hydrotrope with excellent water solubility over a broad pH range, even when high electrolyte concentrations are present. DERIPHAT® 160 C is also compatible with other common nonionic, anionic and cationic surfactants, although it is insoluble in water in the pH range of 2.4 to 4.2. It is also listed on the EPA’s Safer Chemical Ingredients List.

Glucopon® 420 UP is 100% derived from renewable resources. It is mild to the skin and can synergistically reduce the skin irritation caused by anionic surfactants.
