ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/40 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. Due to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

HDK® V15 is a standard synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity commonly used in various industrial applications. HDK® V15 finds its application as a thickening and thixotropic agent in silicone sealants. Additionally, it is used as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3016/65 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component compound with a short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high oil resistance. It is off-white and has moderate mechanical properties. Thanks to the excellent compression set, there is no need to post-cure technical parts.

HDK® T30Plus is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. ELASTOSIL® LR 3162 A/B is an electrically conductive liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates are noted for good mechanical as well as electrical properties and for good heat resistance within a temperature range of -55°C to +210°C.

ELASTOSIL® E4 is a non-slump, acetoxy-cure, one-component silicone rubber that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits good heat stability, with permanent temperatures up to 180°C and peak temperatures up to 200°C. This product has excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates.

ELASTOSIL® N 2189 is a non-slump, one-part alkoxy-cure silicone sealant that cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture. It shows primerless adhesion to many substrates, in particular cast magnesium. This product also exhibits good resistance against mineral oils.

HDK® T30 is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® T30 is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It finds application in inkjet paper, make-up, powder coatings, printing inks, and rheology control.

HDK® N20 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. This white colloidal powder offers high purity and serves multiple purposes. One of the primary applications of HDK® N20 is as a thickening and thixotropic agent in organic systems such as unsaturated polyesters, coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and cosmetics. ELASTOSIL® N291 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that can be vulcanized at room temperature or at high temperatures when exposed to atmospheric moisture. It is specifically designed for printing sealing patterns on various substrates, such as steel or cylinder head gaskets containing or free of sulfur. This can be achieved using silk-screen printing techniques.

ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black is a non-slump, alkoxy-cure, one-part silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture and exhibits excellent adhesion to many substrates. Fully cured ELASTOSIL® N9111 Black has excellent flame retardant properties and shows long-term stability against weathering, moisture, and sunlight.

HDK® N20P is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® N20P is commonly applied in the electronics industry as a white colloidal powder of high purity.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3846/20 A/B is a considerable oil-bleeding, liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3846 series. It is a paste-like, readily pigmentable, two-component product with a short curing time. Shortly after the curing process, a slight, thin oil film with lubricating properties forms on the surface of the vulcanizates. The vulcanizates are opaque, have good mechanical and electrical properties, and have very low compression sets.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/20 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3092/65 A/B is a paste-like, two-component liquid silicone rubber with short curing times. The vulcanizates are noted for good mechanical properties and excellent heat resistance within a temperature range of -55°C to +210°C, and for a short time up to 300°C. Low compression sets can be achieved after post-curing.

ELASTOSIL® RT 728 A/B is a two-part paste-like silicone rubber that can be thermally cured. When vulcanized, it exhibits excellent resistance to coolants and has a low compression set. This product is commonly used in applications such as bonding and sealing, as well as in the production of cured-in-place gaskets (dry type). Its notable properties include strong adhesion on synthetic materials that are resistant to antifreeze-water mixtures, as well as a low compression set.

HELISOL® XLP is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 35 mm²/s. ELASTOSIL® N288 is a low-viscosity, ready-to-use, neutral crosslinking silicone rubber. It cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It exhibits excellent heat stability, excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates, permanent temperature exposure up to 200 °C, and peak temperatures up to 250°C.

HDK® T30P is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® T30P is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It serves as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone elastomers. However, it is not suitable for use in pharmaceuticals, food, and feed applications. It is essential to achieve a good dispersion of HDK® T30P to ensure optimal performance.

WACKER® AK 100 000 STAB is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 100,000 mm²/s. It is formulated with a special heat stabilizer that safeguards the silicone fluid from thermal decomposition and viscosity fluctuations. As a result, WACKER® AK 100 000 STAB is particularly well-suited for applications involving high temperatures and/or shear stress. It is a non-polar liquid with a low solidification point and exhibits good dielectric properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3023/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times and excellent coolant resistance. Vulcanizates are opaque with average mechanical properties, and they are noted for ultra-low compression sets after post-curing.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3070/50 A/B is a self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3070 series. This product is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with an extremely short curing time. Its vulcanizates are noted for excellent mechanical and electrical properties.

POWERSIL® Fluid TR 50 is a fully synthetic silicone fluid that is nonvolatile and noncorrosive. It possesses a high fire point and exhibits virtually self-extinguishing behavior, significantly reducing the fire hazard compared to conventional transformer fluids. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3843/30 A/B is an oil-bleeding liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3843 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component product with short curing times. ELASTOSIL® N9111 White is a non-slump, non-corossive, alkoxy-cure, one-component silicone that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. It is a multipurpose sealant and adhesive for the appliance, automotive, and electronics industries. Due to its shear-thinning nature, ELASTOSIL® N9111 White is easy to apply. The material starts curing upon contact with air humidity.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3005/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3005 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. ELASTOSIL® LR 3040/70 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber from the ELASTOSIL® LR 3040 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with a very short curing time. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties. They are particularly noted for their high tear resistance according to DIN ISO 34-1 A (trousers) and ASTM D 624 B (crescent).

ELASTOSIL® E10 ROT is a one-component acetoxy-cure silicone rubber with low viscosity that cures at room temperature under the influence of atmospheric moisture. This product shows good primerless adhesion to many substrates and outstanding heat stability even in long-term exposure.
