This dispersion possesses a nonionic character and provides high dry tensile strength, resulting in a fuller and stiffer hand feel to nonwoven webs. It can be formulated with various chemistries, including cationic, anionic, or nonionic, to create specialized nonwovens. Additionally, VINNAPAS® EZ 123 is a low-odor dispersion with formaldehyde levels of less than 50 ppm.

WACKER® AK 20000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 20000 mm²/s. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It exhibits excellent water-repellent properties, good dielectric properties, and low surface tension, resulting in high surface activity.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6320 F is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing silicone rubber for soft and elastic textile coatings. It is a multi-purpose liquid silicone rubber with low viscosity to produce soft and flexible textile coatings. Due to the high additive tolerance, the viscosity of mixtures with adhesion promoters will increase only moderately. Therefore, ELASTOSIL® LR 6320 F is especially suited for textile coatings with demanding adhesion requirements.

WACKER® AK 10000 is a linear, non-reactive polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of approximately 10000 mm²/s. Its chemical structure gives it an exceptional property profile that distinguishes it from organic materials like mineral oils. It possesses good dielectric properties, low surface tension resulting in high surface activity, and it is chemically highly unreactive.

SILFOAM® SE 39 is a low-viscosity antifoam emulsion known for its long-lasting efficiency. It is especially well-suited for surfactant-rich formulations like liquid detergents and textile auxiliaries. SILFOAM® SE 39 is particularly effective in applications where high surfactant concentrations or intense product movement would quickly render conventional antifoam emulsions ineffective.

HDK® H13L is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H13L is primarily used as a thickening, thixotropic, and anti-sedimentation agent in various applications such as coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and others. It finds its main application in polar systems. The strong hydrophobicity of HDK® H13L makes it particularly suitable for solvent-free systems, high solids formulations, and waterborne coatings.

VINNOL® H 40/43 is a copolymer composed of approximately 66 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and approximately 34 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes physical drying, resulting in the formation of a film once the solvent in the formulation has evaporated.

WACKER® Elastomer 350 N is a colorless liquid polymer of hydroxyfunctional polydimethylsiloxane. It is a versatile product designed for various applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, textile softeners, and mold-making products. This polymer is insoluble in water and offers fast curing. It also provides good release stability and demonstrates excellent anchorage to a wide range of substrates.

VINNOL® H 30/48 M is a terpolymer consisting of approximately 70 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 29 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 1 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. It contains carboxylate groups within its structure. This product is primarily employed as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. VINNOL® H 30/48 M acts as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder that forms a film upon evaporation of the solvent in the formulation.

WACKER® E60 1000 is a 60% emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane fluid using a nonionic surfactant system. This product has been designed to be used in many applications, such as mold release, furniture polish, automotive care, and other specialty product applications.

SILFOAM® SC 120 is an anhydrous antifoam compound known for its low viscosity, making it easier to handle compared to high-viscosity alternatives. It demonstrates exceptional resistance to alkaline environments, showcasing its versatility in various applications. WACKER® L 066 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer. WACKER® L 066 exhibits unique high surface activity, which allows it to wet and spread effectively on nearly any surface. WACKER® L 066 is primarily used for lowering the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions, as a highly effective wetting agent, and for the hydrophilic treatment of numerous materials and surfaces.

VINNAPAS® EN 1024 is a self-crosslinking, aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate and ethylene. This product is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. It is specifically designed to serve as a binder for soft and hydrophilic nonwovens. VINNAPAS® EN 1024 offers good wet strength to the nonwovens while maintaining a low level of formaldehyde. Additionally, it is particularly suitable for foam applications.

SILFOAM® SRE is a versatile antifoam that contains 20% active ingredients and 33% solids. It is relatively rich in emulsifier but has a low viscosity, making it easy to measure accurately. SILFOAM® SRE also demonstrates high resistance to alkalis and acids, allowing for its application in a wide range of pH-sensitive scenarios.

WACKER® Elastomer 50 N is a colorless liquid polymer composed of hydroxy-functional polydimethyl siloxane. It has been specifically formulated to cater to various applications such as sealants, adhesives, coatings, textile softeners, and mold-making products. Notably, this product does not dissolve in water.

ELASTOSIL® LR 6240 A/B is a solvent-free, free-flowing, addition-curing two-component silicone rubber for textile coatings (e.g. electrical sleevings). This low-viscosity compound is used to produce flexible textile coatings. It is especially suitable for the manufacture of conveyor belts and electrical insulation tubing.

VINNAPAS® EP 1133 is a carboxylated, higher-solids vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer dispersion with a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0°C. HDK® H30 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. VINNOL® CE 35 is an aqueous dispersion of a terpolymer consisting of vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate, and ethylene. It acts as a rigid film-forming agent and provides outstanding heat-sealability and high-frequency (HF) weldability to nonwoven and textile substrates. Moreover, it is particularly suitable for producing plasticizer-free coatings that can be heat sealed and high-frequency welded on paper and cardboard surfaces.

VINNOL® E 15/45 M is a carboxylate-containing terpolymer consisting of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 1 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. It functions primarily as a binder in surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

WACKER® E60 350 is a 60% emulsion of medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane using a nonionic surfactant system. ELASTOSIL® N294 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that vulcanizes either at room temperature or at high temperatures under the influence of atmospheric moisture. ELASTOSIL® N294 is available in blue and red colors. It is particularly suited for screen printing.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/60 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times.
