R|Elan™ Fabric 2.0 EcoGold, made with CiCLO® technology, is a sustainable textile which is available in recycled or virgin polyester base. It contains countless biodegradable spots in its polymer matrix, ensuring the entirety of the fibre becoming inherently biodegradable in natural environments where conditions are suitable for biodegradation like anaerobic digesters, soil and seawater, with abundant access to moisture and microbes over a period of time. These spots act as pathways that enable naturally occurring micro-organisms to break down the fabric, converting into basic natural elements. This fabric like natural fibres cotton or wool will not biodegrade or prematurely deteriorate during storage or usage.

Santicizer® Platinum P-1700 is a proprietary, non- phthalate plasticizer designed for use in multiple polymer systems such as PVC, latex, polyurethane, and polysulfide to name a few. Santicizer® Platinum P-1700 is a high solvating, fast fusing plasticizer. Santicizer ® Platinum P-1700 shows characteristics of excellent permanence, resistance to exudation and extraction and has very low volatility compared to others in the market.

COLANEX W series pigment pastes provide deep, vivid colors and also high performance. They are all water-based and do not contain any DMF. So when COLANEX W series pigment pastes are used, remaining DMF in PU Glove decreases.

Santicizer® 278 is a fast fusing, benzyl phthalate plasticizer designed for use in multiple polymer systems and applications. This plasticizer is a high molecular weight alkyl benzyl phthalate that has compatibility in many polymer types, particularly in PVC. Santicizer® 278 is extremely permanent. It resists exudation and extraction and has very low volatility. Additionally, Santicizer® 278 has shown sound dampening benefits, and has benefits in wet applications of paint.

Tedlar® TWH10BS3 is a protective film that helps extend the look and life of the design, even in the most extreme environments. From severe weather to harsh chemicals, the protective film provides long-term durability and performance. The protective film can easily be applied to a range of surfaces, providing the flexibility to design your way and the surface performance to keep it that way.

Matt Fatty Finishing

Tedlar® 68080 is a liquid that can be applied to Tedlar® PVF film before lamination to facilitate the bonding of products for both interior and exterior applications. It is commonly used in the lamination of vinyl wall coverings, architectural siding, awnings, flexible sign faces, and fabric structures.

PBN-II® products are nonwoven fabrics made by spinning and thermally bonding continuous filaments of nylon into drapable, conformable, textile like fabric.

Gloss Vinyl Acrylic Lacquer for Tarpaulin

FPC 9230 is Oxidized PAN fiber, in a discontinuous chopped fiber form. The OPAN fiber is rated at >45 LOI, is an excellent fire retardant textile fiber with effective heat blocking and fire barrier properties. These fibers are ideal for economical processing into fire retardant nonwoven fabrics and felts for furniture upholstery, carpet underlayment, high temperature furnace insulation, and other related applications without the addition of harmful chemicals. OPAN fibers can be considered for replacement of meta-aramid fiber based insulations for improved properties. FPC 9230 does not burn, melt or drip, instead the fibers char and will self-extinguish. FPC 9230 is also an effective acoustical insulation fiber.

Microglass milled fibers are E-glass filaments. Microglass is used as reinforcement in composites to increase mechanical properties (impact, tensile, compressive and flexural), improve dimensional stability and minimize distortion at elevated temperatures.

CR 60 B 3 F1 [C5985] general-purpose rubber has an excellent balance of physical and chemical properties that make it suitable in a range of applications. Whilst it may only have a moderate resistance to petroleum-based oil and fuels, CR has a much better chemical, oil, ozone and heat resistance than natural rubber, despite the lower level of physical properties. One major benefit of Neoprene® rubber is that by nature, CR rubber is one of the few self-extinguishing rubbers, which means it is flame resistance. Additionally, its gas permeability is relatively low. For industrial applications, Neoprene® gives excellent rubber-metal bonding and has good levels of rebound resilience. Santicizer® 141 is a fast-fusing, non-halogen, fire retardant plasticizer used in multiple polymer systems. This plasticizer is recommended for applications where there is a need to reduce the risk of fire. This versatile additive has FDA clearances making it an option for applications that involve indirect food contact. In PVC, Santicizer® 141 acts as a high solvating plasticizer, offering performance, faster fusion and high plasticizing efficiency. Santicizer® 141 is also used as a lubricant additive, hydraulic fluid, and rubber processing aid.
