ULTRA-LUBE™ 480 is a highly effective processing additive for specialty polymers. Its unique structure is particular suitable to improve flow and release of ECO compounds resulting in lower reject rate due to poor hot tear of ECO vulcanisates. Besides, it helps in preventing mold fouling. ULTRA-LUBE™ 480 also works very well to improve extrusion characteristics of NBR/PVC blend compounds.

Delta Foremost® 1198 Break-a-way

Delta Foremost® 1198 Break-a-way is a unique blend of solvent, dispersant, and penetrating ingredients composed of rust-preventative film-forming materials with excellent adhesion on metal surfaces. Distinctive characteristics include fingerprint-neutralizing, lubricating and water displacing properties. The rust preventative film is so thin as to be nearly invisible. Build-up is so light that it can be applied periodically to protect the finished steel surface of machinery in service. Foremost 1198 Break-A-Way contains no 1,1,1-Trichloroethane, CFCs or other ozone depleting substances.

K Pro HP Grout is a ready-for-use, high performance grouting and chocking material, composed of special epoxy resins, high strength hardeners, catalysts, and special aggregates. All the ingredients necessary for a high quality, very high early and final compressive strength, and dimensionally stable grout are all pre-measured and packaged in one unit. No longer do workers have to figure out volumetric or weight ratios for combining many liquid and dry materials that would tax mathematicians. Because all necessary ingredients are packaged in convenient pre-measured units, nothing is left to chance. Laboratory controlled proportions can be achieved in the field. In addition, K Pro HP Grout is unique in that when the proper aggregates are added, they produce a flowable, self-leveling grout mix that can go into formed areas and surround and encase the anchoring devices for better bonding and greater loads. Due to the great flow ability of this product, rodding, vibrating and other measures necessary to get the grout into cramped spaces are made much easier. Even troweling of the finished product is unnecessary.

Tripoxy™

Tripoxy™ is a two-component (1:1 mix ratio), high-solids, solvent-borne, polyamide cure, high-gloss epoxy enamel with USDA approval for incidental food contact. The cured film is extremely dense and hard, but not brittle. It is watertight and impermeable, making it suitable for submersion service. It is resistant to most common solvents, all alkalis, and most acids when splashed or spilled. The 41 series has good adhesion but only adequate wetting and penetration. Tripoxy, like all epoxies, chalks heavily when exposed to sunlight; this is noticeable after 6 months and continues for 12-18 months. Tritpoxey is also available in a clear form.

ULTRA-FLEX™ AS

ULTRA-FLEX™ AS is an antistatic plasticiser, designed to reduce the surface resistivity of rubber compounds. The application is predominantly in mineral filled systems where, as opposed to carbon black filled, conductivity is very low. Depending on formulation, surface resistivity of 1 x 107 Ω can be achieved. ULTRA-FLEX™ AS starts solidifying below 250 C. Once solidified the material has just to be warmed up to above 250. The solidifying process is 100% reversible.
