The VINNAPAS® eco product line stands for polymer dispersions, dispersible polymer powders and solid resins derived from renewable raw materials via the biomass balance approach. VINNAPAS® eco grades are chemically identical to the corresponding basic VINNAPAS® products. VINNAPAS® eco dispersions, dispersible polymer powders and solid resins are manufactured using the biomass balance approach. This means that fossil raw materials are entirely replaced in the supply chain by renewable raw materials that are certified as sustainable. WACKER uses bio-based acetic acid that is a byproduct of the wood-processing industry and is certified as sustainable by PEFC® (Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification). The bio-based acetic acid is introduced at the beginning of the production cycle. The biomass balance approach mathematically determines the percentage of dispersions, dispersible polymer powders and solid resins made from renewable (non-fossil) raw materials. VINNAPAS® eco grades are certified to the REDcert2 standard and audited by TÜV NORD, an independent German technical inspectorate.

ELASTOSIL® LR liquid silicone rubber products are two-part silicone rubber grades which can be injection molded on fully automated machines without the need for secondary processing. They are generally platinum-curing and vulcanize under heat and pressure. As a rule, the A component contains the platinum catalyst while the B component consists of the crosslinker. They are ideal for high-volume manufacturing and so help to keep unit costs down.

Santicizer® Plasticizers offer all the benefits of high solvating plasticizers including compatibility in multiple polymer systems such as Polysulfide, PVC and Polyurethane. Because of their high efficiency, less energy is required to fuse PVC formulations. OrelTech’s unique process allows printing and aerosol spraying of highly conductive platinum thin films, high surface area structures or non-connected nanoparticle islands. Fibertec's wollastonite products come in powder and fibrous grades. Powder grades tend to be used as fillers in coatings, adhesives, sealants and paints. It is an inert material with an alkaline pH that improves toughness, weather resistance and moisture absorption. Powders, while having some aspect ratio, all tend to be -325 mesh. These products can be surface treated to enhance performance in thermoset and thermoplastic resins. Fibertec wollastonite is used as functional fillers and reinforcements in composites (thermosets) and compounds (thermoplastics) to increase mechanical properties (tensile, flexural, impact), minimize distortion at elevated temperatures, improve dimensional stability, and provide low moisture absorption.
