SYNTRAN® AC 1090 is based on our high-solids technology. This technology creates a film with very high flexibility, excellent water resistance, and excellent coverage. DISPARLON® 1958 is based on a silicone-free, special nonionic, high molecular weight surface active agent. The product, having strong foam-breaking properties, acts as both a defoaming/leveling agent in low polarity solvent-based coatings. It is particularly effective as a defoamer in alkyd ambient-cure systems such as architectural paints.

DISPARLON® EZ-777 is an easily dispersible paste of specially activated synthetic amide wax. It is easily incorporated into many solventborne systems to develop an exceptionally strong and long retained thixotropic structure.

STAINGUARD-50 stops food and beverages from staining surfaces and contains an advanced biocide that inhibits the growth of bacteria, fungi, mold and mildew. It is often used on natural stone like granite, marble and travertine, but it can also be used on concrete and other masonry building materials. STAINGUARD-50 is an excellent treatment for a wide variety of applications, including but not limited to building facades, floors, walls, swimming pool surrounds, patios, garages, and entertainment areas. Treated indoor and outdoor areas become easier to clean and maintain resulting in long-term protection of the surface’s original esthetic beauty. STAINGUARD-50 penetrates the surface and bonds chemically to the walls of the open pores as well as the surface of the substrate, stopping the ingress of water-borne and oil-based contaminants and resulting in long term hydro/oleophobic protection. STAINGUARD-50 also contains a multi-function biocide which inhibits the growth of common bacteria and fungi. It is designed to work without changing the natural appearance of the surface and never flakes or peals.

Vycel EF is a viscosity-reducing diluent with very low color and a low odor level for Polyurethane and Epoxy systems. Vycel EF is very hydrophobic and is completely compatible with Epoxy, Phenolics, MDI, TDI and their Prepolymers

STAINGUARD-WB CONCENTRATE is a partially fluorinated short chain hard surface protectant concentrate designed for aftermarket, ambient cure applications. Ready-to-use formulations containing STAINGUARD-WB CONCENTRATE offer high level protection to a broad range of stone surfaces. STAINGUARD-WB CONCENTRATE is pH neutral to provide optimal water & oil repellency and stain resistance on surfaces such as marble, granite, limestone, saltillo, travertine, quartz, quartzite, concrete and masonry.

SYNTRAN® DR 7011 is based on our polymeric surfactant technology. This technology was designed to improve wetting and incorporation of pigments or additives into water-based pigment concentrates and coatings. Used as a grinding resin in pigment dispersions, it improves color development of organic pigments and carbon black. Depending on the application and the objective, SYNTRAN® DR 7011 is typically used in concentrations between 10% and 30%. DISPARLON® AQH-800 is a rheology control additive based on hybridized amide technology developed for waterborne systems. Can be post-added to prevent sagging and pigment settling while keeping viscosity low.

SYNTRAN® DR 7101 is a water-based alkali-solubilised styrene-acrylic copolymer based on our polymeric surfactant technology. This polymer was designed to improve dispersibility and color development of water- based pigment concentrates and coatings and can be used for both inorganic and organic pigment dispersions. Used as a grinding resin, it shows excellent rheology control and storage stability with multiple pigment types. Depending on the application and the objective, SYNTRAN® DR 7101 is typically used in concentrations between 10% and 30%. SYNTRAN® AC 9073 is based on our proprietary self-crosslinking technology. This technology combines two different crosslinking mechanisms on the same polymer backbone, substantially increasing the chemical resistance, stain resistance and water resistance. This technology was designed for the self-crosslinking mechanism to fully cure at room temperature while maintaining long-term shelf stability. GP® CL-7002 phenolic resin from Georgia-Pacific Chemicals is a thermoplastic novolac. It is used as a crosslinking resin for epoxy and polyester resins. Its low phenol content, convenient softening point, and melt viscosity are conducive for use in powder coatings.

A high active matter amino functional metal organic adhesion promoter synthesized with a stabilized neutralized metal complex. The product is supplied as a solution in propylene glycol.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

Mavcoat® CRW-2 is a water-based, V.O.C. free emulsion formulated for the release of concrete, GFRC, GRC, and composite reinforced concrete from molds made of steel, polyurethane, RTV silicone, rubber, epoxy, and fiberglass. Mavcoat® CRW-2 will not separate, so no mixing before use is needed.

DISPARLON® AQ-320 is a Solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent based on a polymer containing phosphoric acid ester groups, designed for use with aluminum paste and pearlescent pigments in waterborne coating systems containing co-solvent.

ECP 526 'Extra' Conductive Water-based anti-slip epoxy. ECP 526 'Extra' is high-quality water borne two pack epoxy system. Environmentally friendly, it offers the advantages of low odor, and easy cleaning of equipment with water and anti-slip properties. Additionally, the coating has an advantage over conventional anti-slip coatings as it can be applied by virtually any method, including spraying. It is very esthetically appealing as it is made without the traditional additives used in anti-slip coatings such as grit and metal shards and provides a silky matte finish.

Optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica microspheres specially engineered for optimum dispersion in paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These microspheres increase corrosion and impact resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including mar and scratch resistance. Ideally suited for specialty applications where mechanical and rheological properties are required. Median particle size of 3 to 4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 92% passing 22 microns.

SYNTRAN® AC 9131 is based on self-crosslinking technology substantially increasing the chemical resistance, household stain resistance and water resistance. This technology was designed for the self-crosslinking mechanism to fully cure at room temperature while maintaining long-term shelf stability. SYNTRAN® AC 9131 provides excellent adhesion to multiple substrates and is an excellent let down binder for pigmented coatings. It has a very low particle size with good penetration into porous substrates like concrete or wood. Easy to formulate, for Zero VOC formulations. DISPARLON® A671-EZ is an easy to use, post addable pre-activated polyamide thixotropic agent in mineral spirits. Recommended for DIY and industrial stains for anti-settling and pigment orientation. It is a softer paste version of A670-20M.

BarrierPro 4551 is a carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion with excellent strength properties, high resistance to liquid water and water vapor, high blush resistance and excellent adhesion to multiple construction substrates. BarrierPro 4551 has excellent stability with dry-add inorganic fillers and sets quickly into a low tack, high strength, water resistant film. BarrierPro 4551 is also a good base polymer for blending with other BarrierPro products to allow a membrane to be custom tailored to a specific strength and/or flexibility need.

Vycel U-3000 is a low viscosity diluent, low odor and water-white extender.

DISPARLON® AQ-7533N is a general purpose defoaming/anti-popping agent based on a blend of vinyl copolymer, surfactant and hydrocarbons for waterborne systems, designed to disperse uniformly in the paint.

AC-EAGLE (TP-120X55)55% is a thermoplastic acrylic for high-quality road marking paints. It is ideal to formulate stamped, textured or imprinted concrete.

DISPARLON® DA-375 is a solvent-free wetting and dispersing agent, based on polyether phosphate ester, designed for dispersing pigments in Solvent-free coating systems. Effective with filler, organic, and inorganic pigments. DISPARLON® DA-375 can be used with acid catalysts because it will not react with the catalyst.

DISPARLON® AQ-7120 is designed as general purpose wetting & leveling agent based on acrylic-silicone polymers and easily dispersed into waterborne systems with excellent recoatability.

Rovene® 6120 is an all acrylic polymer that offers a balance of properties within elastomeric roof coatings. Rovene 6120 can be formulated to meet or exceed ASTM 6083, Type 1. Rovene® 6120 exhibits adhesion to substrates, balance of stength and flexibility with excellent water resistance.

DISPARLON® BB-102 is a thixotropic agent based on an ultra-fine amide wax pre-activated in HAPs free solvents. DISPARLON® BB-102 is a very soft paste designed for easy incorporation by post-addition.

Teckrez® CX-902 is a hydrocarbon resin based on selected C9 and DCPD feedstocks. It is used as an alkyd coating modifier to increase hardness, gloss, and chemical resistance. As a resin binder in printing inks, Teckrez® CX902 improves pigment wetting and solvent release. Teckrez® CX902 is used as a rubber processing aid, tackifier resin in mastic adhesives, and modifier in concrete curing and other coating applications.
