CoatOSil™ DRI waterborne silicone resin has been shown to improve hydrophobicity and elongation properties when used as a co-binder with acrylic latexes, resulting in more flexible coatings and sealants. KURARAY POVAL™ 15-99 by Kuraray is an odorless, fully saponified polyvinyl alcohol. It is a water-soluble polymer manufactured by alcoholysis of polyvinyl acetate. It provides high cohesion & toughness, low electrostatic charging and re-dissolving capacity of the dried film in water.
