SILRES® BS 4004 is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion based on a mixture of silane and siloxane. Dilute solutions of SILRES® BS 4004 serve as high-quality general-purpose water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming of mineral surfaces. Treated mineral substrates exhibit an excellent beading effect. Additionally, SILRES® BS 4004 can be used for mass hydrophobation of non-load-bearing concrete products.
