ULTRALUBE® GA 1806 is an aqueous HDPE-type wax dispersion used to improve surface qualities, including:

ULTRALUBE® GA 1806 is APEO- and formaldehyde-free. It is FDA-approved, anionic, and free from organic solvents. It is suited for topcoats and UV-crosslinking systems.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1806 is suitable for indirect food contact. It is especially recommended for water-based printing inks.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1017 is an HDPE dispersion of fine particle-sized wax used to enhance optical and physical properties. This product is amine-free, and it possesses good abrasion resistance, which makes it suitable for both indirect and direct food contact. It is particularly recommended for water-based overprint varnishes with direct food contact.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1803 is an HDPE-type wax dispersion used to improve surface qualities. This product is amine-free, provides maximum abrasion resistance, and is suitable for indirect and direct food contact. It is especially recommended for water-based printing inks with direct food contact.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1046 is a silicone/PE-type, fine particle sized wax dispersion used to improve surface qualities. This product is amine-free, has anti-blocking properties, and is suitable for indirect and direct food contact. It is especially recommended for overprint varnishes (OPV).

ULTRALUBE® GA 1042, a unique HDPE-type, fine particle-sized aqueous wax dispersion, is your solution for surface quality improvement. Deuteron® Wax PE is a micronized polyethylene wax recognized for its well-balanced performance characteristics. PE waxes stand out as cost-effective materials known for positively impacting mechanical stability and visual appearance. Utilizing Deuteron® Wax PE enhances abrasion and scratch resistance, offering a pleasing matte effect and a pleasant surface feel.

Deuteron® WD PE is a dispersion of micronized Polyethylene wax, free of additives. Polyethylene waxes are preferred for their cost-effectiveness and positive impact on mechanical stability and visual appearance. The inclusion of Deuteron® WD PE improves resistance against abrasion and scratches, enhances matting, and creates a pleasant surface feel.
