XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 20cSt is a polydimethylsiloxane fluid commonly used as a base fluid in personal care products due to its excellent spreading characteristics. It is clear, tasteless, essentially odorless, and non-greasy. Commercial bulk-polymerized dimethyl silicone fluids, such as XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 20cSt, typically contain trace amounts of impurities.

SILRES® BS 54 is a water-dilutable, solventless emulsion of a silicone resin that serves as a binder in the manufacturing of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. It is specifically utilized as a binder in silicone resin emulsion paints and renders. When formulated correctly, products incorporating SILRES® BS 54 exhibit desirable characteristics such as high permeability to water vapor and CO2, low water absorption, low susceptibility to soiling, a mineral-like appearance, and an extended lifespan. Additionally, the use of SILRES® BS Additive helps achieve an excellent beading effect. For optimal protection, it is recommended to prime facades before applying paint.

SILRES® BS 43 N is a water-dilutable silicone resin emulsion primarily used as a binder in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters. It serves as the main binder in these formulations, playing a crucial role in their performance. When properly formulated with SILRES® BS 43 N, the resulting products exhibit several desirable characteristics. They demonstrate high permeability to water vapor and CO2, allowing for effective moisture and gas exchange. Additionally, these products have low water absorption coefficients, which help minimize water ingress and potential damage.

SILRES® MPF 52 E is an emulsion of methoxy functional-terminated silicone resin that contains methyl phenyl groups. It possesses several special features, including good heat stability, fast air drying, good hardness, and compatibility with organic binders. Additionally, it helps improve the weather resistance of coatings or paints.

SILRES® BS 1360 is a nonionic, solvent-free, water-dilutable emulsion of a reactive polysiloxane. It can be added in undiluted form to aqueous masonry protection agents either during or after their production. Similar to SILRES® BS 1346, SILRES® BS 1360 is used undiluted as a hydrophobizing additive for aqueous masonry paints. Its primary functions are to enhance water repellency, water resistance, water vapor permeability, processability, and anti-blocking properties.

SILRES® KX is a medium-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin that is supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene. Its primary application is as a binder for highly heat-resistant coatings. SILRES® KX can be used effectively as a binder for various types of coatings. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, and when applied, it dries without being tacky. The resin can also undergo heat curing, further enhancing its performance. SILRES® HK 46 is a high-molecular-weight methyl silicone resin supplied as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol 4:1. It is commonly used as a binder for high heat-resistant coatings and heat-stable nonstick coatings. SILRES® HK 46 is suitable for various heat-resistant paints and is an excellent choice for (anti-corrosion) coatings on fireplaces, mufflers, exhaust systems, engine parts, boilers, furnaces, ovens and oven inserts, chimneys, barbeques, electric and gas heaters, and incinerators.

SILRES® REN 60 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin provided as a 60 wt.% solution in xylene. It is widely employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 60 serves as a key binder component in various coating applications. ELASTOSIL® RD 3151 F is a silicone rubber dispersion used for textile coatings and as a primer for bonding silicone rubber on PEX surfaces. It finds application in industrial textiles. The dispersion offers properties such as high abrasion resistance, easy-to-clean surfaces, and high heat resistance.

SILRES® BS 50 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of a special blend of silicone resin and polydimethylsiloxane. It is recommended as an additive for porous masonry coatings to make them water-repellent. SILRES® BS 50 is particularly suitable for silicate emulsion paints and plasters.

SILRES® BS 1310 is a solvent-free, water-thinnable emulsion of polysiloxane modified with functional silicone resin. It is an additive used in the production of aqueous masonry coatings and aqueous primers to enhance water repellency and resistance. It can also be used as a water-repellent primer, in which case it should be diluted with water at a ratio of 1 part SILRES® BS 1306 to 9 parts water. If the primer is required to strengthen the substrate, we recommend adding a polymer dispersion in hydrosol form.

SILFOAM® SH is an anhydrous antifoam compound used in various industrial applications. It was specifically developed for different technical applications, including the biotechnological industry. SILFOAM® SH serves as an effective degassing aid to reduce foam formation during the production and processing of paints. Additionally, it is a reliable degassing aid for PVC pastes and casting resins.

DEHESIVE® 811 is a solvent-based condensation-curing silicone specifically recommended for release coatings. It exhibits good release stability after post cure and provides excellent anchorage to a wide variety of substrates. This product is suitable for coating PE-laminated paper, polyester films (PET), and papers.

SILRES® WH is a water-thinnable, solventless emulsion of a functional silicone resin. Dilute solutions of SILRES® WH are used as high-quality water repellents for impregnating wood surfaces. Undiluted SILRES® WH can also be used as a high-quality hydrophobizing additive for aqueous wood coatings and wood stains.

SILRES® REN 50 is a medium-hard methyl phenyl silicone resin available as a 50 wt.% solution in xylene-butanol (9:1). It is primarily employed as a binder for heat-resistant, anticorrosive coatings. Additionally, SILRES® REN 50 finds extensive use as a binder in various coating applications. It offers exceptional heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring optimal performance in demanding environments. The primary application of SILRES® REN 80 is as a binder for various coating formulations. It possesses excellent heat resistance and weatherability, ensuring durability in challenging conditions. Moreover, it has the ability to dry to a tack-free film at ambient temperature, facilitating convenient and efficient coating processes.

SILRES® SY 231 is a solventless, liquid, reactive, methoxyfunctional methyl-phenyl polysiloxane with a narrow molecular weight distribution. It is utilized for enhancing the weather and heat resistance of organic resins. This product can be employed as a cold blend additive, where it is directly mixed with the organic resins, or as a chemically bound intermediate, where it is chemically incorporated into the structure of organic polymers. By incorporating SILRES® SY 231, the resulting materials exhibit improved resistance to weathering and heat, making them suitable for applications requiring enhanced durability and performance.

SILRES® MP 50 E is an emulsion of methyl phenyl group-containing silicone resin. SILRES® BS SMK 2101 is a solventless silicone microemulsion concentrate based on silanes and siloxanes that is diluted with water to yield a microemulsion. Dilute aqueous solutions of SILRES® BS SMK 2101 are high-quality specialty water repellents for hydrophobic impregnation and priming normal and reinforced concrete, as well as water resisting admixtures for non-load-bearing manufactured concrete products.

SILRES® BS 6042 is a solventless, water-dilutable emulsion of a modified silicone resin that is specifically designed to be used as a standalone silicone in the production of silicone resin emulsion paints and plasters. SILRES® MSE 100 is the methyl ester of a mixture of different oligomeric methylsilicates. It is a methoxyfunctional methyl polysiloxane. SILRES® MSE 100 is specifically recommended as an ambient-temperature moisture-curing binder for heat-resistant paints. When combined with suitable catalysts, temperature-stable pigments, and fillers, SILRES® MSE 100 becomes the optimal binder for ambient-curing, heat-resistant paints.

ALBIDUR® EP 5340 A is a concentrated dispersion, containing 40% high-performance elastomer within a cycloaliphatic epoxy resin (EEC). This product plays a vital role as a toughness modifier, particularly suited for rigid and brittle epoxy resin systems. The elastomeric component consists of a specialized silicone rubber, intricately distributed within the liquid resin as an extremely finely dispersed second phase.

H-Sil® 1108 is a low-molecular-weight, nonionic silicone polyether surfactant blend that imparts low surface tensions to formulated products. This product improves the spreading and wetting properties of household, industrial, and coating products. In spray adjuvant applications, it gives aqueous surface tensions of less than 23 mN/M.

SILRES® IC 701 is an anti-graffiti coating intended for use in the professional market for the protection of concrete, masonry, and metal substrates. The cured coating provides excellent release and ease of removal for permanent markers and aerosol paints. SILRES® IC 701 is based on polysiloxane polymers and provides excellent performance against exterior elements such as rain, sun, and temperature extremes. It cures via the condensation reaction at room temperature by reacting with ambient moisture.

SILRES® BS 168 is a water-based, solvent-free, and silicone-based pH adjuster that is specifically used in waterborne emulsion paints. It serves the purpose of improving pH adjustment and wet abrasion resistance in paint formulations. This product is particularly suitable for formulating low VOC (volatile organic compound) and low odor paints, meeting the requirements for environmentally friendly and sustainable coating solutions. SILRES® HP 2020 is a low-viscosity, reactive aminofunctional methyl phenyl silicone resin. The product is typically used as a curing agent or crosslinker for cycloaliphatic epoxy resins in 2-pack high-solids coatings. It significantly improves the weathering resistance of the coating compared to organic amine curing agents. Such 2-pack epoxypolysiloxane coatings are an isocyanate-free alternative to 2-pack polyurethanes as weathering-resistant topcoats.

WACKER® L 654 is a solvent-based system that comprises a reactive polydimethylsiloxane and an aminoalkyl functional polydimethylsiloxane. The curing rate and film flexibility of WACKER® L 654 can be adjusted to meet specific requirements by combining it with the non-reactive WACKER® L 656.

SILRES® REN 70-M is a hard silanol-functional methyl phenyl silicone resin available as an approximately 70 wt.% solution in 1-methoxy-2-propylacetate. It is specifically designed as a binder for heat-resistant coatings, particularly those that do not utilize xylene. The primary application of SILRES® REN 70-M is as a binder in coating formulations. Wacker Chemie SG 3380 is a 100% polysiloxane polyethylene glycol copolymer and a trisiloxane superwetting molecule with organofunctional groups at the terminal positions and hydroxyl end-capping. Due to its unique structure, SG 3380 exhibits high surface activity and effectively spreads on nearly any surface. It reduces the surface tension of aqueous and non-aqueous solutions and acts as a highly effective wetting agent.
