DeCAL 5032 is designed to release bubbles and control foam generated in a wide range of aqueous systems containing surfactants. They are blends of non-ionic surfactants and hydrophobes in a highly refined mineral oil. They are non-silicone based. It is used in many applications including water-based paints, adhesives, carpet backing, paper coating, and effluent treatment.

Minex® EP-315 belongs to the Minex® range of functional fillers and extenders, which are proven performance enhancers in a broad range of paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and inks. With its use, excellent brightness, tint retention, and weatherability can be achieved in exterior paints. In interior paint formulations, it improves color, sheen uniformity, chemical and stain resistance, and durability. This product is easily dispersed in all conventional vehicle systems. Its low oil absorption permits high loadings in adhesives, sealants, and aqueous- and alkyd-based paints.

DeCAL 5013 is an economical and effective foam control agent suitable for use in most emulsion paints, polymers, inks, and adhesives. It is available in the form of an amber opaque liquid. In emulsion paint systems, it is recommended to add half of the agent to the pigment grind and the remaining half to the final blending.

DeCAL 1209 is a highly efficient anionic liquid polymer dispersion in a non-aqueous carrier used as a general-purpose thickener, providing short flow rheology across a wide pH range. DeCAL 1209 is provided in a highly concentrated form, which provides good viscosity at low concentrations.

DeCAL 1283 is a highly efficient anionic liquid polymer dispersion in a non-aqueous carrier used as a general-purpose thickener, giving short flow rheology across a wide pH range. DeCAL 1283 is provided in a highly concentrated form, providing good viscosity at low concentrations. DeCAL 1283 is another high-performance product, complementing the DeCAL 1200 range of liquid dispersion-type thickeners.

DeMUL 229 is a nonionic emulsifier, improving shear, temperature and electrolyte stability of polymer dispersions. DeMUL 229 can also be used during the premixing phase in the production of waterborne emulsion paints, acting as a process aid and reducing grind time by faster deagglomeration of TiO2 and fillers.

DeCAL 5018 is an excellent foam control agent for many aqueous systems, including water-based paints, adhesives, and polymer latex systems. It contains mineral oil, silica, and surfactants. DeCAL 5018 is used very successfully in water-based paints, paper coatings, polymer latices, and adhesives. It is effective over a wide range of pH and temperatures. In emulsion paint systems, we recommend adding half to the pigment grind and the balance to the final blending.

DeCAL 4030 is a low-cost universal thermoplastic Styrene/Acrylic copolymer in emulsion form that offers excellent binding power, adhesion, and gloss. DeCAL 4030 is used in a wide range of applications, including interior and exterior water-based paints, lacquers, adhesives, and flexible fillers.

Vinkocide® X10 S is a ready-to-use formulation containing 4,5-Dichloro-2-octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (DCOIT), renowned for its excellent fungicidal and algaecidal properties. With cost-efficient efficacy, it effectively combats bacteria and exhibits outstanding temperature stability. Ideal for applications such as adhesives, glues, sealants, decorative wood coatings, and solvent-based paints, it preserves the integrity of non-aqueous products like silicone sealants and solvent-based paints. Non-polar with no VOC, it ensures low leachability and excellent long-term efficacy, making it highly suitable for film preservation in various coatings and materials.

Vinkocide® X 20 is a formulation containing 4,5-Dichloro-2-octyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one (DCOIT), renowned for its excellent fungicidal and algaecidal properties. Proxel® LSR Preservative is a highly effective blend of two biocidal actives, which in combination provide complementary modes of action, leading to a robust and broad range efficacy. This makes the Proxel® LSR Preservative ideal for providing highly effective preservation for a wide range of water-based industrial applications.

Sodium Omadine® 2000 Antimicrobial is an effective preservative in most aqueous compositions. The concentration required to give protection depends on several factors including the susceptibility of the system to microbiological degradation, the extent to which microorganisms can gain access, the species involved, pH, temperature, and length of time for which protection is required.

Proxel® TN Preservative is a dual active, broad spectrum biocide for the preservation of industrial water-based products against spoilage from bacteria, yeasts and fungi. It is a 55% aqueous solution of 1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BIT) and hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(2-hydroxyethyl)-s-triazine, a formaldehyde release agent. It is effective in a wide range of industrial aqueous-based products. The combination of two active agents provides a quick microbial kill with long term protection. The “triazine” active agent gives enhanced head space protection in the container.

Proxel® BD Preservative is a broad spectrum industrial preservative for use in aqueous systems, such as paints, synthetic polymer emulsions and thickeners. Its neutral pH helps avoid electrolyte shock.

OMACIDE™ IPBC 40 Industrial Fungicide is a pungent aromatic, pale yellow to amber-colored liquid broad spectrum fungicide additive. It is used in architectural coatings, textiles, construction applications such as paints, stains, adhesives, caulks, and sealants, as well as plastic product applications to prevent dry film fungal growth. OMACIDE™ IPBC 40 Industrial Fungicide is also a very effective additive for controlling fungal growth in aqueous-based fluids such as inks and metalworking fluids.

OMACIDE™ IPBC 30 Fungicide is a broad spectrum liquid fungicide based on the widely used fungicide active, 3-iodopropynyl butylcarbamate (IPBC). It imparts dry film protection against fungal growth when formulated in exterior paints and coatings, wood stains, adhesives, caulks, sealants, paper coatings, textiles, and plastics. OMACIDE™ IPBC 30 Fungicide also provides excellent fungal control when used in inks and metalworking fluid systems.

Hauthane HD-2117 is an extremely hard, aliphatic, polyester-based, aqueous polyurethane dispersion with exceptional chemical and early water-resistance properties. Features: Outstanding water and chemical resistance. Fast early water resistance development. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance. Dilution and clean-up with ordinary tap water. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) co-solvent.

Hauthane HD-2503 is a polycarbonate-based, aliphatic, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. Features: Excellent exterior weathering durability. Excellent humidity resistance. Contains n-methyl pyrrolidone co-solvent.

Hauthane HD-4669 is a hard, co-solvent free, aliphatic, aqueous polyurethane dispersion. Features: Contains no co-solvent. Extreme toughness, abrasion and mar resistance. Outstanding water and chemical resistance. High melting point. Can be crosslinked to enhance performance.

Hauthane HD-2602 DMM (L-2857) is an NMP-free, APEO-free, silicone-modified, polyester-based, water-borne polyurethane dispersion. Features: May be formulated into low surface tension coatings. Excellent abrasion resistance. Non-fugitive silicone component. Crosslinkable for improved adhesion and performance. Contains dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether co-solvent.

Hauthane L-2874 is a soft, non-ionic, aliphatic, polyether-based, polyurethane dispersion. Features: Compatibility with low pH acrylic emulsions. Forms soft, flexible films. May be crosslinked with melamine or isocyanates to improve water resistance. Contains very low level of dipropylene glycol dimethyl ether (DMM).

AGC Chemicals Americas, Inc. LUMIFLON® FD1000 - FEVE Waterborne Resin Polyol is a fluoroethylene vinyl ether waterborne resin used in applications requiring outstanding exterior durability. It is a polyol used in 2K polyurethane coatings and may be used as a blending resin in 1K systems. It has a low molecular weight combined with a high hydroxyl value for creating 2K waterbased polyurethane coatings with a high crosslink density. This waterborne polyol is classified as a dispersion as it is synthesized without emulsifier. This unique, emulsifier-free technology allows for the formulation of waterbased 2K polyurethane coatings with the same performance as traditional solventbased 2K coatings. Markets include heavy duty industrial coatings, architectural coatings, aerospace coatings, automotive coatings, and coatings for concrete.
