HDK® N20 is a synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. This white colloidal powder offers high purity and serves multiple purposes. One of the primary applications of HDK® N20 is as a thickening and thixotropic agent in organic systems such as unsaturated polyesters, coatings, printing inks, adhesives, and cosmetics. ULTRALUBE® GA 1806 is an aqueous HDPE-type wax dispersion used to improve surface qualities, including:

ULTRALUBE® GA 1806 is APEO- and formaldehyde-free. It is FDA-approved, anionic, and free from organic solvents. It is suited for topcoats and UV-crosslinking systems.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1806 is suitable for indirect food contact. It is especially recommended for water-based printing inks.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1803 is an HDPE-type wax dispersion used to improve surface qualities. This product is amine-free, provides maximum abrasion resistance, and is suitable for indirect and direct food contact. It is especially recommended for water-based printing inks with direct food contact.

SPACTIVE® GA 1010 is a siloxane defoamer compound for water-based coating systems and pigment grinding. Due to its chemical structure, it is particularly recommended for use in mill base. This product has the benefit of the best price-performance ratio and due to its higher activity it is recommended as an alternative defoamer to SPACTIVE® GA 1020. SPACTIVE® GA 1020 is a dispersion of high molecular weight polysiloxanes in polyalkylene glycol. This defoamer compound has the best price-performance ratio. AFCONA 2505 is a water-based defoamer and anti-foam, especially designed for micro foams. It is an organically modified polysiloxane, providing good defoaming and anti-foaming properties in all water-based coatings. It offers excellent performance against micro foam, even in high shear applications such as long period grinding. It maintains its good defoaming and anti-foam performance under high shear conditions.

DCL A3RN Indanthrone Blue, PB.60 is a red shade of highly saturated blue that combines very good tinctorial properties with excellent fastness properties. It is a highly transparent blue suitable for opaque and effect shades and is used in high-end coatings and ink applications.

DCL 06-905 DNA Orange, PO.5 is a bright, semi-opaque orange pigment with good lightfastness. It is used in some applications to replace molybdate oranges. However, due to its poor solvent stability in some solvents, it is not recommended for baking systems. It is recommended for trade-sale paints, air-dry industrial coatings, water, solvent, and UV based printing inks.

DCL 1120 Hansa Yellow, PY.74 is a semi-opaque green-shade yellow pigment with high tinctorial strength. It has excellent overall resistance properties and finds major applications in decorative, industrial, and powder coatings, as well as solvent flexo and water flexo inks.

DCL 2197 Azo Yellow, PY.97 is a versatile pigment that offers a vibrant green shade of yellow, along with excellent light and weather fastness, especially in deep shades. This high-opacity pigment also boasts good flow properties and bleed characteristics, making it a great choice for a variety of applications.

DCL 5154 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:4 is a beta-type, non-crystallizing, non-flocculating green-shade phthalocyanine blue, recommended for various coatings and printing ink applications. It is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297) and is recommended for use in various industrial paint applications, such as air-dry and baking alkyds, as well as nitrocellulose and polyamide inks.

DCL RC-800-PG Rutile Titanium, PW.6 (Chloride) is a low oil absorption, chloride-process rutile titanium dioxide pigment, surface-treated with alumina and silica. It offers excellent tint strength and dispersibility, providing a bluish/white high dispersion product, and is approved for use under 21 CFR 178.3297 by the FDA.

DCL 1970-A Naphthol Red, PR.170 is a bright, blue-shaded naphthol red with good overall properties. It has a wide range of applications, including in plastics such as PVC and PE, as well as decorative, powder, and industrial coatings. It is also used in solvent flexo, inkjet, offset, and UV inks.

DCL 5651 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:1 (A4R Type) is an alpha crystal form red shade, phthalocyanine blue. 5651 is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297). It has good overall resistance properties. It finds major applications in plastics such as PVC, PP and PE, inks, paints, and coatings.

DCL 1070 Naphthol Red, PR.170 is a very brilliant, opaque, strong, bright yellow shade of naphthol red pigment. It exhibits very good lightfastness, chemical resistance and flow properties. This makes it a highly reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of inks and coating applications.

DCL 1166 Disazo Scarlet, PR.166 is a transparent, yellow-shaded red with excellent heat stability and very good fastness properties. It is recommended for auto refinishes, solvent industrial coatings, and powder coating applications. It is also recommended for all ink and plastic applications.

DCL 2316 Dianisidine Orange, PO.16 is a bright yellow shade orange with good opacity and tinting strength mainly for interior applications. DCL 1354 DPP Red, PR.254 (2030 type) is a very opaque, bright medium shade red pigment, coloristically yellower and cleaner than the 1254 grade. It exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, weather fastness, and heat stability. DCL A2RU Indanthrone Blue, PB.60 is a high-performance green shade yellow for use in high-end coatings applications. Its superb weather fastness and chemical resistance make it ideal for automotive OEM, refinish, and fleet applications. Additionally, its enhanced rheology and low foam enable high mill base loadings in both aqueous and solvent-borne systems. For non-automotive applications, it is also excellent for use in architectural concrete coatings and high-end industrial coatings.

DCL 7470 Naphthol Red, PR.170 is a high-performance yellow-shaded red pigment. It has good opacity, heat stability (15 min at 165°C), lightfastness, and improved dispersibility relative to the standard Pigment Red 170. It can be used in high-end coating applications, particularly for automotive refinishing, architectural and industrial coatings.

DCL 1692 Calcium Lithol Red, PR.49:2 is a semi-opaque, blue-shaded red that exhibits excellent brightness along with good tinting strength. This versatile product has good overall resistance properties and is widely used in various applications, especially industrial coatings and UV inks.

DCL 5051 Phthalocyanine Blue, PB.15:1 is an alpha crystal form of a red-shaded phthalocyanine blue that is rendered solvent stable. 5051 is FDA-approved (Section 178.3297), and is recommended for applications such as general industrial paints, various coatings, printing inks, plastics, rubber, floor coverings, and textile printing.

DCL 0013-473 Hansa Yellow, PY.73 is a green shade hansa yellow with moderate opacity and easy to disperse in most coatings and printing ink applications. It exhibits good overall resistance properties, lightfastness, weather fastness, and heat stability. This makes it a highly reliable and versatile choice for a wide range of inks and coating applications.

DCL 1233 Carbazole Violet, PV.23 is a high-performance pigment with a bluish-violet color and high tint strength. It exhibits excellent fastness to light and weathering in most applications and is only slightly affected by reductions with titanium dioxide.
