Modaflow® 2100 is an acrylic flow modifier, without silicone addition. It improves flow and leveling, reduces pinholes, fish eyes, craters, and orange peels, improves substrate wetting, aids in air release, and facilitates pigment dispersion.

MODAFLOW® Resin is an acrylic flow modifier without silicone addition. EBECRYL 303 is a polymeric resin diluted 45% with the monomer 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA)(1). This material is designed to be used alone or in combination with other UV/EB curable oligomers to provide improved adhesion of inks and coatings on plastic substrates.
EBECRYL® 168 is an acidic methacrylate adhesion promoter designed as an additive for ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) curable coatings on metal. It is recommended for use in: general metal coatings and primers, coatings for galvanized pipe and tube, coil coatings, solder resist formulations.
EBECRYL® 350 is a silicone diacrylate that improves slip, substrate wetting, and coating flow and leveling when used as an additive in formulations cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). Cured films containing EBECRYL® 350 will exhibit a smooth, tack free surface, with good blocking resistance. Because of its acrylate functionality, the silicone cures into the polymeric backbone, thus eliminating the migration that free silicones often display in coatings. EBECRYL® 350 is recommended for use in: overprint varnishes, clear coatings on paper, plastics and metal, and release coatings.
EBECRYL® 160 is a reactive diluent commonly used in ultraviolet light (UV) and electron beam (EB) energy curable coatings and inks. It can be used to impart crosslinking to energy curable coatings and inks while maintaining a degree of flexibility and toughness. Of the common triacrylate diluents used in energy curable formulations, EBECRYL® 160 exhibits the highest reactivity and the greatest viscosity reduction of oligomers. EBECRYL® 160 is a reactive diluent compatible with a wide range of acrylated resins used in UV/EB curing applications. Hardness, abrasion resistance, and high gloss properties make EBECRYL®160 popular for overprint varnishes, inks, coatings and electronic applications such as photoresists.

It is used in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) cured coatings and inks to control viscosity and increase adhesion and flexibility. It is recommended as a reactive diluent for: Coatings and screen inks on flexible and semi-rigid plastics including polyolefins, optical fiber coatings, and high refractive index coatings.
Velsiflex® 342 is one of the most popular liquid plasticizers. It is a high-solvating plasticizer containing mostly dipropylene glycol dibenzoate. It is used in a wide variety of applications, including caulk, adhesives, resilient flooring, PVC-coated fabrics and artificial-leather cloth. In PVC, it acts as a medium- viscosity high solvator that saves energy and improves process ability. Vinyl applications using Velsiflex 342 have excellent resistance to extraction from solvents and oils. It also works with vinyl to make it UV – light-degradation resistant and stain resistant.

Sasol Butyl Glygol Acetate

EBECRYL® 741 is an adhesion-promoting resin with excellent pigment dispersion properties for radiation curable screen inks.
EBECRYL® 113 is a low odor monofunctional acrylated aliphatic epoxy that can be used as a reactive diluent in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) curing formulations. It is a good diluent for a variety of acrylated oligomers. In formulations, it can lower Tg, increase flexibility and improve adhesion to plastics. It is recommended as a reactive diluent for: screen inks and varnishes, coatings for paper and plastic, water resistant coatings, flexible coatings, coatings and inks with adhesion to plastics such as polyethylene and plasticized PVC, and wood sealers and topcoats.
EBECRYL® 225 is a ten functional aliphatic urethane acrylate. After polymerization, films of EBECRYL® 225 exhibit outstanding surface hardness and low haze development after abrasion. In addition, EBECRYL® 225 does not contain intentionally added organic tin compounds, heavy metals or quinones.

EBECRYL® 145 is an Xi-free aliphatic difunctional acrylate of low surface tension. Propoxylated (2) neopentyl glycol diacrylate exhibits good viscosity reducing and solvency characteristics in UV/EB curable formulations, and is an effective monomer for developing low viscosity and low volatility coatings and inks. It is recommended for use in clear & pigmented coatings, over print varnishes, flexo and inkjet inks, and pressure sensitive adhesives.
EBECRYL® 245 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate oligomer diluted with 25% of tripropylene glycol diacrylate. Films of EBECRYL® 245 cured by UV or EB exhibit good flexibility and non-yellowing properties typical of an aliphatic urethane. It is recommended for use in: flexible screen inks and coatings, and coatings on PVC, linoleum and flexible plastics.
EBECRYL® 3701 is a modified bisphenol A epoxy diacrylate. It imparts flexibility and toughness to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) cured coatings and inks while maintaining such desirable properties as fast cure response and superior chemical resistance that are typical of standard epoxy acrylates. It is recommended for use in: clear coatings for paper, wood, and rigid plastic, adhesives for paper and film lamination, and lithographic, screen and flexographic ink vehicles.
EBECRYL® 230 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate characterized by its light color and low viscosity. Films cured via exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) are soft and flexible, and are resistant to yellowing.

ADDITOL® VXW 6396
ADDITOL® VXW 6396 is a flow and leveling agent for waterborne paint systems, without silicone addition. It's a fluorene modified acrylic resin copolymer, neutralized with amine, and improves leveling and substrate wetting.
EBECRYL® 1360 is a silicone hexa-acrylate material which contributes slip, substrate wetting and flow properties when used as an additive in formulations cured by UV or EB. Cured films containing EBECRYL® 1360 will exhibit a smooth, tack free surface, with good blocking resistance. It is recommended for use in: overprint varnishes, clear coatings on paper, plastics and metal, release coatings, and EB cure.
EBECRYL® 305 has been developed for EB and UV cured flexographic inks. EBECRYL 305 gives excellent adhesion to a wide range of plastic substrates. This material was developed specifically to give good adhesion to polyolefinic substrates in particular, uncoated polypropylene. It can be used as the major component of the pigment concentrate and as a component in the diluent.
EBECRYL® 3203 is a low viscosity diluted epoxy acrylate. Because of the chemical structure of this molecule it gives exceptional pigment wetting properties for black pigments. This combined with the low viscosity of this material (typically 1000 mPa.s at 25°C) makes it ideal as a pigment grinding resin. EBECRYL® 3203 also gives a fast cure response when formulated with other oligomers and cured via ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB). It is used for the preparation of high pigment loading pigment pastes produced using a triple roll mill or bead mill. This product is particularly suited to the grinding of black pigments white pigments and inorganic pigments and fillers.
EBECRYL® 331 is a wetting and dispersing agent for solvent-free and solvent containing UV systems. It is a low molecular weight additive, which is able to deflocculate and stabilize pigments very actively through electrical charging at the pigment surface. Due to the high wetting power of Ebecryl® 331, coatings/inks with high gloss and improved color strength can be achieved. It prevents settling of pigments/extenders and offers good levelling.
EBECRYL® 3639 is a special epoxy acrylate exhibiting good flexibility and very high reactivity. It is especially recommended to formulate radiation curable coatings and inks with good flexibility, very high reactivity and outstanding scratch and chemical resistances.
