Belonging to the NP-series, it has a very high hardness, so it is often used as a filler for increasing resin hardness. The high refractiveness of these grades offers good transparency when added to resins and films. It is also used for anti-blocking in film applications. The NP-series has excellent heat resistance and is very dimensionally stable at various temperature ranges.

It is used as low-melt ETFE, smooth surface, non-adhesive, semi-commercial coating, applied through electrostatic coating method.

CYTOP CTL-800A is an amorphous fluoropolymer that exhibits low refractive index, low coefficient of optical dispersion and good lamination properties. The thermoplastic characteristics of CYTOP CTL-800A, coupled with its transparency, solubility, insulation properties, resistance to chemicals, and oils/water repellency, make it a popular choice for coating electronic materials.

Dar-Tech Hauthane L-3528 is a Dar-Tech Hauthane polyurethane dispersion that provides tough, chemically resistant, glossy coatings. The product has excellent flexibility and gloss retention characteristics. It may be applied to a variety of substrates, including concrete, metals, plastics, and wood materials. It is primarily used in architectural coatings, consumer electronics, industrial maintenance, rigid and flexible PVC coatings, and wood floor coatings.

Bomar™ BR-641D is a Polybutadiene (PBD) urethane acrylate, which was designed to meet rigorous electronic coating applications. This oligomer has exceptional adhesion to various metals, glass,and polycarbonate substrates. BR-641D has many desirable properties that are typical to PBD resins, combined with radiation curability. In applications requiring thermal cycling resistance, BR-641D withstands the extremes of temperature typical of such tests, without undue degradation of properties. In addition to the adhesion properties listed in the table below, BR-641D showed excellent adhesion to PMMA, ABS, PVC, Nylon-6, Polystyrene,and Polypropylene.

Sunspheres™ 200 Nm are optically clear, solid fused amorphous microspheres designed for use in a wide variety of coatings, inks, adhesives, powder coatings, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These sub-micron sized spheres can be used to improve physical and mechanical properties including reduced shrinkage, improved adhesion, impact resistance, and enhanced surface qualities such as hardness, mar and scratch resistance. The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

EBECRYL® 109 is a dynamic acrylate-methacrylate monomer blend, combines 50% trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) and 50% hydroxyethylmethacrylate (HEMA). Under free radical influence, this formulation swiftly polymerizes, making it ideal for coatings that demand superior thermal and chemical resistance. Highly recommended for applications requiring robust protection, EBECRYL® 109 excels in coatings necessitating enhanced chemical and thermal durability. It proves beneficial in solder and etch resists, ensuring optimal performance in challenging environments.

The 4352 Thinner 2 is a moderately fast drying thinner for use with MG Chemical’s conformal products. It is compatible with film forming paint products with acrylic, alkyd, cellulose acetate butyrate, epoxy, nitrocellulose, or polyester resins. Together with these type of resin systems, the 4352 thinner promotes good flow properties and suppresses blushing.

Parylene Type N Dimer is the solid, granular starting material used to produce parylene conformal coating films.

Optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica microspheres specially engineered for paints, coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These microspheres increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion and impact resistance, and enhance surface qualities including mar and scratch resistance. The Sunspheres™ 15.0 have a median particle size of approximately 15.0 microns, with 90% of particles passing 45 microns.

The 4351 Thinner 1 is a mild diluent designed for MG Chemical’s EMI/RFI shielding products.

Bomar®BR-641E is a polybutadiene urethane acrylate oligomer designed for rigorous electronic coating, flexible ink,and pressure-sensitive adhesive applications. This oligomer is also perfect for extremely low water absorption applications. It is resistant to thermal cycling and can withstand the temperature extremes typical of such tests without undue degradation of properties.

GP® 2056 epoxy hardener is a flake phenolic novolac resin developed by Georgia-Pacific Chemicals as a curing agent for epoxy resins in oilfield, molding compounds, coatings, copper clad laminates, and electrical applications.

NACURE® 155 is a hydrophobic sulfonic acid catalyst based on dinonylnaphthalene disulfonic acid supplied as a 55% concentrate in isobutanol. Its primary use is as a catalyst for promoting the cure of hydroxy, carboxy and amide functional polymers with melamine and urea-formaldehyde crosslinking agents.

K-KAT® 348 is a versatile, efficient bismuth carboxylate catalyst that can be used as an alternative to DBTDL in 2K and 1K polyurethane systems. It provides similar properties to organotin catalysts without environmental drawbacks. It is also a non-persistent catalyst that is effective for resin synthesis.

The 4354 Thinner 4 is a slower drying thinner for use with the MG Chemical’s urethane and acrylic conformal products. The thinner as excellent solvent strength, making it a good oil and grease remover. It has very low water solubility, so it is unlikely to absorb water and create blush. Its drying speed is slow enough to promote excellent leveling, but it is fast enough to accommodate a reasonable assembly line speed.

Bomar™BR-640Dis a polybutadiene (PBD) urethane acrylate with a functionality of two. Designed to meet rigorous electronic applications, BR-640D has many desirable properties typical to PBD resins, combined with radiation curability. In applications requiring thermal cycling resistance, BR-640Dwithstands the extremes of temperature typical of such tests, without undue degradation of properties.Excellent hydrophobic properties exhibited where 0.012 and 0.037% water was absorbed by cured coating when submerged in water for 24 hours. In addition to the adhesion properties, BR-640D showed excellent adhesion to ABS, acrylic, nylon-6, PVC, and PS.

Despite the fact that Indium Oxide is a rare Oxide, it finds many uses in High Tech Industries. Indium Oxide is a key component of sputtering targets for thin film applications. Its property as reflector for Near Infrared Light is exploited in optical coatings and specialty mirrors. Furtheron Indium Oxide finds use in Electrical Contact Materials and Sensor Materials. Keeling&Walker manufactures a high purity (> 99.99%) grade. The Oxide consists of agglomerated nanoscale particles with an average primary particle size of 20 – 40 nm.

Vitrocote® is processed from natural amorphous aluminosilicate glass mined from a 20 million year old deposit. It is an inert white material used to improve performance and lower costs with a wide range of automotive and industrial paint and coatings. Vitrocote® generates very unique properties even at low volumes (1% by weight), acts as a flow promoter, imparts material reinforcement, and promotes dispersion in high speed shearing and mixing equipment. Vitrocote® is 100% natural and non-toxic €“ very environmentally friendly.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

Bomar™ BR-744SD is a difunctional, aliphatic polyester urethane acrylate offering excellent adhesion, flexibility, and tensile strength. It can be effectively formulated for adhesion to steel, aluminum, and various plastics. Products formulated with BR-744SD can be highly flexible, elastomeric, and tacky. It is excellent as an adhesion promoter or reactive tackifier, and is a perfect choice for optically clear UV-PSAs.

SR3604-35 is an aromatic polyamide-imide solution which can be utilized for producing coatings where excellent chemical and thermal resistance is required.
