Tuff Coat Manufacturing UT-100 Non-submersible Medium Texture (Black) is a single component, flexible, water-based non-skid coating created through a unique process of cross-linking urethanes, acrylics, co-polymers and recycled rubber granules to create a long-lasting non-slip finish. This non submersible product is designed to provide an attractive, durable, impact-resistant, non-slip surface for pool decks, ramps, locker rooms, kitchens, foot bridges, stairs and other areas requiring slip resistance that will not be submerged. Tuff Coat’s flexible finish dries to 30-35 mils of thickness creating a finish that hides significant imperfections on all surfaces as well as improves existing non-skid finishes to provide additional safety. This product is odorless and should be applied with a Tuff Coat roller or low-pressure hopper spray gun.

Tuff Coat Manufacturing UT-80 Adhesion Primer is a two-component water based epoxy primer/sealer that can be used on concrete, wood, fiberglass and painted surfaces for heavy use and moist areas. Tuff Coat UT-80 can be applied to damp concrete surfaces. This primer is compatible with all Tuff Coat rubberized non-skid coatings.

NovoColor® SF 8114 is a line of highly transparent waterborne pigment dispersions offering excellent color stability and exterior durability. These colorants are capable of matching all types of wood stain colors. NovoColor® SF 8114 colorants are compatible in acrylic emulsion and waterborne or water-dispersible alkyd stains, as well as waterborne coatings for plastics. This product line is for In-Plant and specialty industrial wood stains and coatings, wood graining inks, specialty inks, fabric, plastic, foil, paper, glass, and concrete coatings.

FluorAcryl 3298 is a hydrophobic and oleophobic acrylate that produces hard scratch resistance coatings. This oligomer is compatible with UV/EB curing. FluorAcryl has a high Tg, good water resistance, high impact strength and good solvent resistance.

AccuCoat AC201 is a aluminum overcoated with dielectrics, typically 95% Reflection average in the visible region (450nm – 650nm).

AccuCoat AC110 is a broadband AR coating for the visible region 0.5% Reflection average in the visible region (450nm – 650nm). Custom designed solutions are also available.

AQUASEAL™ HI RISE X3 is a unique elastomer that expands approximately 300% of its original volume duringthe spray application. In place yield is ±50 mils per gallon per 100 sq. ft. when sprayed through a SPI LOCK N LOADTMgun. As X3 rises, it bridges substrate imperfections to virtually eliminate blowholes and pinholes when applied toporous surfaces such as vertical poured concrete and concrete masonry units (cmu). X3 is formulated with the “ULTRABONDTM” molecule therefore is self-priming in most instances.

FluorAcryl 7298 is a perfluoropolyether (PFPE) used as an additive in other UV curable coatings to reduce surface tension and improve water, oil and stain resistance. Films and coatings with 7298 may be expected to provide anti-fouling and easy cleaning from fingerprints and other contaminants. FluorAcryl 7298 is compatible with many monomers, such as TMPTA. With or without pigments and other particulates, 7298 rapidly UV cures in the presence or absence of oxygen.
