DOWSIL(TM) 556 Cosmetic Grade Fluid also has good compatibility with many cosmetic ingredients, including non-silicone ingredients.

DOWSIL(TM)  2511 Cosmetic Wax is a water dispersible silicone glycol copolymer wax with a low melting point and is a water soluble, skin temperature melting wax for increased moisturization and humectancy. It is helpful to add this product into the water phase, where it will disperse with proper mixing, either cold or with heat.

DOWSIL(TM) HMW 2220 Non-Ionic Emulsion has been designed as a unique way of incorporating high (> 120 x 106 mm²/s) viscosity silicone polymer into water based systems. DOWSIL(TM) HMW 2220 offers a rich feel, wash-off resistance, and film barrier properties in skin care applications; it provides a superior foam profile and skin feel in body washes; it also provides smoothness, detangling, enhanced fragranced intensity in hair care. Additionally, DOWSIL(TM) HMW 2220 Non-Ionic Emulsion can be used as a viscosity builder in water-in-silicone systems.

XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 500 cSt is a polydimethylsiloxane polymer. It spreads easily on both skin and hair, and it imparts a soft and velvety feel in personal care applications.

XIAMETER(TM) PMX-0245 Cyclopentasiloxane is a volatile polydimethylcyclosiloxane composed mainly of cyclopentasiloxane. It can be used as a volatile carrier fluid with excellent spreading, easy rub out, silky skin feel, and good compatibility with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients. The product is clear, tasteless, essentially odorless, non-greasy, and non-stinging.

DOWSIL(TM) EL-8048 ID Silicone Organic Blend is a clear to slightly translucent cross-linked silicone elastomer gel delivered in a volatile isododecane carrier fluid. It provides dry smoothness, quick absorption, and a light silky feel on the skin.

DOWSIL(TM) ES-5300 Formulation Aid is a non-diluted, low-viscosity silicone surfactant. It is designed to produce stable water-in-silicone emulsions and water-in-oil emulsions with light sensory properties. This product improves the dispersibility of pigment and fine particles in silicone fluid and organic oil.

This product delivers light to strong conditioning to hair and controlled deposit of actives. It also enables the formulation of clear shampoos with no build-up on hair and avoids volume-down effects and is recommended for shampoos with submicron particle size silicones or those without silicones. DOWSIL(TM) FZ-3196 Fluid also has excellent compatibility with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients, which allows this product to offer a unique set of benefits. It can serve as a co-solubilizer between silicone and hydrocarbon fluids. It can improve the spreadability and reduce the tackiness of vegetable oils. CELLOSIZE(TM) Texture E4M PRM Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose is an excellent rheology modifier, binder, film former, and water-retention agent. It yields a viscosity of 4,000 cP at low addition levels. This methoxy- and hydroxypropyl-substituted cellulosic polymer is supplied as a white powder and is multifunctional, water-soluble, and biobased.

DOWSIL(TM) CF-9245 Silicone Elastomer Blend is lower in viscosity compared to other silicone elastomer blends like DOWSIL(TM) 9041 Silicone Elastomer Blend. This product contains both volatile and non-volatile carriers and is used in skin care, color cosmetics, and hair care applications.

DOWSIL(TM) 593 FLUID is a blend of a dimethylsilicone polymer and a high molecular weight trimethylsiloxysilicate resin. It acts as a film former to provide water-repellency, wash-off resistance, and durability in sun care, color cosmetics, and lip stick formulations. This product has the properties of a polydimethylsiloxane fluid with a moderately high viscosity but with superior water repellency.

In skin care applications this product provides film barrier properties with a long lasting lubricious and velvety skin feel.

XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 500,000 cSt is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer that is primarily used for foam control in nonaqueous processes. In petroleum processing, it provides effective foam control at extremely low dosage levels. This product is also suitable for use in personal care applications. The high-molecular-weight dimethicone provides easy combing and detangling for wet or dry hair and adds softness, smoothness, and gloss.

Dow North America Fluid AP is a low-viscosity fluid that provides emolliency, solvency, and slip. This product can be used to formulate roll-on, stick, and aerosol antiperspirants. It delivers a smooth feel while assisting with the spreadability of antiperspirant actives.

XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts XIAMETER(TM) PMX- 200 Silicone Fluid 100 cSt and 1 part XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt) to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

EcoSense(TM) GL-60 HL Surfactant is a unique bio-derived, glycolipid surfactant and emulsifier for rinse-off and leave-on applications. EcoSense(TM) GL-60 HL Surfactant is a 100% bio-derived, non-GMO, sugar-based biosurfactant and natural emulsifier with a high lactone sophorolipids content. This glycolipid is mild to skin.
