Dedraflow® 5000 is still pourable, but it needs time to run. Ideal for night creams and moisturizing treatments as well as for foundation in small amounts to bring richness and body. Dedraflow® range do not contain any D4, D5 or D6.

BNPoly® UV Crystal TR 22

BNPoly® UV Crystals is a range of composite materials based on ultra soft Boron Nitride and Titanium Dioxide. Boron Nitride is texturizing powder with good hiding power, excellent compressibility and lubricious silky texture. BNPoly® UV Crystals are platelet shaped particles where hexagonal boron nitride crystal is coated with double layer of ultrafine Titanium Dioxide and sealed with a polymer. As BNPoly® UV Crystals are platelet shaped, they adhere well on the skin and provide long lasting UV-protection. They offer lower coefficients of friction resulting in a lubricious feel and silky texture. Upon application they create dielectric ceramic effect, which provides sheen on the skin. BNPOLY® UV Crystal TR 22 has a crystal size of 22 nm and provides medium UVA protection. It is used in formulations that are slightly opaque in appearance.

SF96® 10 silicone fluids are polydimethylsiloxanes ranging from low to medium viscosity. They are available in 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 350, 500 and 1000 centistokes at 25C (77F). As viscosity increases, they become substantive emollients and have different sensory profiles especially in absorbency, spreadability, smoothness, oiliness and tackiness parameters. Higher viscosity dimethicones have a greater perception of absorbency, smoothness and tackiness, but a lower perception of spreadability and oiliness.

Nylonpoly® WL 10 TZ

NYLONPOLY® is a range of Nylon-12 powders with different sizes and surface treatments. Nylonpolys are also available with encapsulated actives such as vitamin E and Q10. Nylonpolys are spherical particles with a sponge-like structure and soft feel. These particles form elevations on the surface of emulsion when the emulsion is applied onto the skin. These elevations prevent airborne particles from attaching onto the surface giving the skin an anti- pollution shield. Nylonpolys are used as texturizing agents, dry binders and emulsion stabilizers. They also give a mattifying effect to emulsions and powder applications. The spherical shape and sponge-like structure give a soft feel and enhanced spreadability. Nylonpolys can stabilize emulsions by hindering Brownian movement. This is due to the particle size and density of Nylonpolys. Nylonpolys can also be used as a fragrance or active delivery system as they can absorb liquids 25% of their own weight. The fragrance will get slowly released as it evaporates from the Nylonpolys due to the heat of the skin, and actives get released depending on their characteristics in relation to those of the skin and the Nylonpoly® sphere. Fragrance and active loaded Nylonpolys are available as custom tailored projects.
