Flytac 104 - F (Full Hydrogenated Rosin)

Flytac 105 - P (Glycerol Ester of Hydrogenated Rosin)

Flytac 105 - P is a glycerol ester of hydrogenated rosin. It has found wide acceptance in chewing gum, hot melt, pressure-sensitive, laminating adhesives, and wax depilatories. In general, it finds use where there is a need for a pale, non-oxidizing, color-stable, and highly tacky liquid resin.

Flytac105 -F (Glycerol Ester of Hydrogenated Rosin)

Flytac 105 - F is a glycerol ester of hydrogenated rosin. It has found wide acceptance in chewing gum, hot melt, pressure-sensitive, laminating adhesives, and wax depilatories. In general, it finds use where there is a need for a pale, non-oxidizing, color-stable, and highly tacky liquid resin.

Flytac 106 - P (Partial Hydrogenated Pentaerythritol Rosin Ester)

Flytac 106 - P is a medium hard, pale thermoplastic resin designed primarily as a tackifier for various types of polymer and elastomer-based adhesives. It is a pentaerythritol ester of a rosin that has been stabilized by hydrogenation. In adhesive formulations, it contributes improved resistance to oxidation, greater heat stability, better retention of color, and greater retention of tack-imparting properties than ordinary rosin ester resins. For cosmetic applications such as mascara, the INCI name for Pentalyn H-E is Pentaerythrityl Hydrogenated Rosinate.

Flytac 111 - 101 (Hydrogenated Rosin)

Flytac 111 - 101 is a thermoplastic, acidic resin produced by hydrogenating rosin to an exceptionally high degree with eliminated foreign matter and coloring radicals. It is one of the palest, most highly stabilized rosins commercially available. This product is especially indicated as the tackifier in solvent adhesives and hot-melt applied coatings and adhesives that must excel in these properties.

Flytac 111 - 301 （Water White Hydrogenated Rosin)

Flytac 111 - 301 is a thermoplastic, acidic resin produced by hydrogenating rosin to an exceptionally high degree with eliminated foreign matter and coloring radicals. It is one of the palest, most highly stabilized rosins commercially available. This product is especially indicated as the tackifier in solvent adhesives and hot-melt applied coatings and adhesives that must excel in these properties.

Rovene® 4848

Rovene 4848 is a very soft non-carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion specifically designed for the use in a two part spray adhesive for open or closed cell foams and other contact and cold seal applications. Rovene 4848 has fast break characteristics that may allow it to be used in specially formulated one part spray adhesives. Rovene 4848 has found applications in two part foam-to-foam, one and two part fast breaking spray up adhesives, and special contact or cold seal applications in combination with polychloroprene and natural latex. When working with Rovene 4848 it is important to remember that it may be tackified, thickened and blended with other non-carboxylated and carboxylated emulsions. This flexibility allows for the formulating of a wide variety of adhesives with custom performance properties.

Rovene® 4813

Rovene 4813 is a very soft non-carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion specifically designed for formulation of pressure sensitive adhesives. Rovene 4813 is a high gel content, hot polymerized latex designed with excellent shear stability and high tolerance for fillers and pH shock. Its soft films yield adhesives with good tack and no adhesion build for use in removables. Rovene 4813 is easily tackified and gives high peel and shear strengths in adhesives and mastics. This product is also sprayable.

Rovene® 4423

Rovene 4423 is a very soft carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion designed for formulation of permanent label adhesives and flooring adhesives. This polymer emulsion allows for the formulation of permanent label adhesives which are high in peel and tack, yet require a minimum amount of tackifier. However, it provides good tack on its own, thus minimizing the amount of tackifer required. Rovene 4423 was designed to give excellent performance and compatibility with a wide variety of dispersed tackifiers. Rovene 4423 can also be blended with natural latex for high shear tape adhesives and for use in special contact adhesive applications.
