HDK® T40 is a standard synthetic, hydrophilic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity commonly used in various industrial applications. HDK® N20Plus is a hydrophilic, synthetic, amorphous silica produced through flame hydrolysis. It is a standard product widely used in various industrial applications. HDK® N20Plus is a white colloidal powder of high purity. It finds applications in offset printing and powder coatings.

VINNOL® H 30/48 M is a terpolymer consisting of approximately 70 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 29 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 1 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. It contains carboxylate groups within its structure. This product is primarily employed as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. VINNOL® H 30/48 M acts as a thermoplastic, physically drying binder that forms a film upon evaporation of the solvent in the formulation.

ELASTOSIL® N291 is a free-flowing, ready-to-use silicone rubber that can be vulcanized at room temperature or at high temperatures when exposed to atmospheric moisture. It is specifically designed for printing sealing patterns on various substrates, such as steel or cylinder head gaskets containing or free of sulfur. This can be achieved using silk-screen printing techniques.

WACKER® E22A is a nonionic silicone emulsion consisting of a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It has a fine particle size and offers ease and versatility of application. It can be utilized in different applications, such as a general-purpose release agent, an ironing aid in aerosol formulations of starch, a printing additive in offset printing, and a release agent for foundries. It also exhibits good wetting and spreading properties.

HDK® H20 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H20 is used as a thickening and thixotropic agent in coatings, printing inks, adhesives, cosmetics, and other applications. It also serves as a reinforcing filler in elastomers, particularly silicone-elastomers. Additionally, HDK® H20 acts as a free flow additive in the production of powder coatings.

VINNOL® E 18/38 is a copolymer consisting of approximately 82 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 18 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc). It is primarily utilized as a binder in printing inks and surface coating compounds. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

VINNOL® H 15/45 M Special is a specialized carboxylate-containing terpolymer composed of approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC), 15 wt.% vinyl acetate (VAc), and 0.5 wt.% dicarboxylic acid. Its primary application is as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic and physically drying binder creates a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

DIACRON™ ER-502 is a polyester resin with excellent solvent solubility. It is a high acid value and high molecular weight (Mw)-grade and is optimal as a binder for paints and inks due to its excellent pigment dispersibility. DIACRON™ FC-3399 is a polyester resin under development can be used for powder coating. Middle 1,2 - Butanediol (M1,2 - BG) is a versatile liquid glycol classified under the glycol chemical family. Serving as a solvent and monomer in various applications, it is a key component in the production of polyester resins, surfactants, plasticizers, and polyester polyols. Recognized for its hygroscopic features, this base chemical is available in packaging options such as drums and cans. Crude 1,2 - Butanediol (C1,2 - BG) is a liquid glycol belonging to the diols and polyols family. Functioning as a solvent and monomer, it plays a crucial role in the production of polyester resins, surfactants, plasticizers, and polyester polyols. Recognized for its hygroscopic properties. Widely applied in industrial settings, it contributes to resin manufacturing processes, particularly in the development of inkjet inks for the printing and packaging markets.

Berol 08 Powder is a fatty alcohol ethoxylate. It has a very strong hydrophilic (water soluble) character.

WACKER® E 3155 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane dispersed in water. The emulsion maintains stability under shear stress, even in diluted form. It offers excellent wetting and spreading properties and can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. WACKER® E 3155 is suitable for formulating release agents in rubber processing.

Wacker Chemie Print Aid E 100 AS is a non-ionic emulsion of a medium-viscosity dimethyl silicone fluid, specifically developed as a processing aid for the offset printing industry. Its low viscosity enables easy pumpability and in-line dilution. The product is compatible with various additives commonly used in the print industry. It offers excellent slip, lubrication, and antiblocking properties while also providing effective antistatic properties.

VINNOL® E 15/40 A is a hydroxyl-containing copolymer comprising approximately 84 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 16 wt.% acrylic acid esters. Its primary application lies in serving as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. This thermoplastic binder undergoes a physically drying process, resulting in the formation of a film as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

WACKER® E 3157 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion of a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane dispersed in water. The emulsion remains stable even in diluted form under shear stress and offers excellent wetting and spreading properties. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. WACKER® E 3157 is particularly suitable for formulating paint and vinyl conditioners.

VINNOL® E 22/48 A is a copolymer composed of approximately 75 wt.% vinyl chloride (VC) and 25 wt.% carbon acid esters with hydroxyl functionality. It serves as a binder for surface coating compounds and printing inks. As a thermoplastic and physically drying binder, VINNOL® E 22/48 A undergoes film formation as the solvent within the formulation evaporates.

WACKER® E 3154 is a nonionic oil-in-water emulsion containing a medium-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. It maintains stability against shear stress, even in diluted form. The emulsion demonstrates outstanding wetting and spreading properties. It can be easily incorporated into cold-stirred formulations. WACKER® E 3154 is suitable for formulating universal release agents used in rubber processing.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1806 is an aqueous HDPE-type wax dispersion used to improve surface qualities, including:

SPACTIVE® GA 1010 is a siloxane defoamer compound for water-based coating systems and pigment grinding. Due to its chemical structure, it is particularly recommended for use in mill base. This product has the benefit of the best price-performance ratio and due to its higher activity it is recommended as an alternative defoamer to SPACTIVE® GA 1020. SILCO® GA 5053 is an aqueous emulsion of polysiloxane. This high-performance slip additive is used as a leveling and surface additive in water-based formulations. It is particularly recommended as a slip additive for use in printing inks and clear formulations such as overprint varnishes.

ULTRALUBE® GA 1803 is an HDPE-type wax dispersion used to improve surface qualities. This product is amine-free, provides maximum abrasion resistance, and is suitable for indirect and direct food contact. It is especially recommended for water-based printing inks with direct food contact.
