ZELEC® A130 can be used as a wetting agent in the paint and coating industries. In this application, it could also contribute to the improvement of corrosion resistance, gloss, color acceptance, wet scrub resistance, and the hiding power of the film. It can also be used as an antistatic agent in textile and leather finishing and processing and in rubber, plastic, and composite processing. It can also act as an emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor in metalworking fluid, printing pressrooms, and oil fields. It can also be used as a demolding agent in a construction area and in rubber, plastic, or composite processing. It also has lubrication properties for metalworking fluids and textile and leather finishing and processing, including extreme-pressure and anti-wear properties.

CRA® 17 is a highly efficient controlled-release additive designed specifically for adjusting the release force of solvent-free DEHESIVE® systems. CRA® 21 is an exceptional controlled release additive specifically formulated for adjusting the release force in solvent-based DEHESIVE® systems. CRA® 23 is a highly efficient controlled-release additive designed to adjust the release force in solvent-based DEHESIVE® systems. CRA® 42 is an exceptionally efficient controlled-release additive specifically designed to adjust the release force in solvent-free DEHESIVE® systems. It also boasts fast-curing properties.

S-400 HQ is a micronized ethylene-bis-stearamide (EBS) wax powder. Shamrock’s S-products are micronized waxes that provide rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide controlled slip, gloss reduction, matting, and clarity in a range of particle sizes.

S-400-N1 is micronized EBS (ethylene bisstearamide) wax powder showing melting peaks ranging from 99 – 147°C. Shamrock’s product line of micronized waxes provides rub and abrasion resistance. Included in this line are products that provide gloss, matting, clarity, and controlled slip in a range of particle sizes.

Ease Release® 700 is a general purpose release agent. Ease Release® 700 is designed to release polystyrene, polyethylene, wax, synthetic rubber, acrylics, phenolic, melamine and metal castings from aluminum, chrome, epoxy, polyester, rubber, and steel molds. Ease Release® 700 is also effective as a surface lubricant for assembling plastic and rubber components.

Ease Release® 2831 is a wax-based non-silicone release agent. It has proven to be effective when used to release polyurethane foams elastomers. This wax dispersion is designed to operate at mold temperatures ranging from 160°F to 200°F with minimal wax build-up. Ease Release® 2831 works with aluminum, steel, and elastomeric mold construction.

Llewellyn Ryland PVA Release Agents RA11 is designed as a mold release/parting agent for use when fabricating moldings in polyester gelcoat and layup resins in GRP construction.

Ease Release® 2910 is a superior release agent for casting complex designs using polyurethane elastomers.

XTEND® XTR Mold Sealer - Proprietary resin solution comprising modified siloxane based polymers which crosslink and form a release film upon evaporation of the solvent carrier.

Ease Release® 200 is an excellent general purpose release agent for making molds and casting parts. MoldWiz® F-23A/NC - A liquid external release agent that dries at room temperature forming a monomolecular film which adheres by adsorption to the mold walls and has no affinity for the resin. This selective adhesion prevents the film from easily being torn off by the demolded part resulting in numerous demoldings per release application without any necessity for washing the parts. Will not interfere with any secondary operations such as decorating, bonding, or painting

Ease Release® 2310 is a production proven solvent-based soap release agent for the RIM processing of both microcellular and rigid urethane elastomers.

Aqualease® 75 is a concentrated version of Aqualease® 50. It is an emulation of silicone polymers featuring corrosion protection and improved film formation. This formula is designed to release synthetic and natural rubber, microcellular and solid polyurethane elastomers, and thermoplastic resins.

Ease Release® 500 is a TEFLON™-like dry film mold release (and dry lubricant) that contains no silicones, oils or wax. Ease Release® 500 is non-migrating and non-staining. It is effective and improves efficiency in many molding processes including injection, compression, transfer, vacuum form and die cast molding.

Ease Release® 2300 is a high performance heavy-duty silicone release similar in characteristics to Ease Release® 300.
