Crystic® Polyester Resin 489 is a thixotropic isophthalic polyester resin. When used with Crystic Gelcoat 65PA, they produce a matched performance system for molding boat hulls with outstanding durability and superior blister resistance. The outstanding wetting characteristics of Crystic 489 provide rapid impregnation with freedom from drainage.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 124PA is a medium-thixotropic, tropicalized, pre-accelerated, waxed unsaturated polyester resin. It is designed for rapid wetting and impregnation of reinforcements, making it ideal for building boats, water tanks, bath tubs, shower trays, and other products that require water resistance. The unwaxed version of this resin is also available.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 491 is a thixotropic, isophthalic polyester resin with good water and chemical resistance properties. It was developed for use in a wide range of critical applications that require toughness combined with water and chemical resistance. It is a versatile resin suitable for the fabrication of high-performance boat hulls intended for use in warm or tropical areas.

Polyform UD is a unidirectional fabric where the majority of fibers are orientated in one single axis. This allows for maximum mechanical properties to be gained in a single direction making it an ideal solution for long aspect ratio parts such as wind blades.

Jiangsu Changhai Composite Materials CHOPPED STRAND MAT EMC600 is fine strand reinforcement material made from E-glass cut fibers laid in a random pattern and bonded with powder or emulsion binder. It is specially designed for hand lay-up and continuous laminating process. It is easy to handle and has excellent molding performance. Also, it has rapid resin penetration together with a fast strand wet out time. The mat also brings a highly translucent finished laminates. Also, the fine strand input makes the fiber prominence at the finished laminates surface extremely low. It is an excellent reinforcement material for translucent roofing panel, chemical storage tanks, FRPpipes, boat hulls and decks, truck body panel and so on.

Polyrov DR is an E-CR single end direct roving specifically designed for use in Weaving, Pultrusion and Filament Winding processes. With a consistent unwinding tension, the direct rovings also offer superb processability with high productivity levels, low fuzz, low static and fast resin wet-out

312 Direct Roving is coated with a silane-based sizing compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy resins and designed for filament winding, pultrusion and weaving applications. 312 is suitable for use in FRP pipes, pressure vessels, profiles and the woven fabrics converted from 312 are suitable for use in boats, wind blades, chemical tanks and geotechnical gratings.

Fiberglass (A/Asia) Sales Pty 268 BQTN Laminating Resin is a thixatropic, quick-curing unsaturated polyester resin of orthophthalic grade for general laminating purposes. It is pre-accelerated, and suitable for both hand lay-up and gun spray-up. It is available in Australia either as 268 BQTN LSE waxed, or 268BQTN unwaxed. This resin is used for making a variety of glass fiber reinforced plastic products such as boats and canoes, bus shelters, telephone booths, stadium seating, bath tubs, water and storage tanks, cooling towers, plant and flowers pots, bath units, models, containers, dust bins, safety helmets, water and oil pipes, ash trays, septic tanks, car body parts, sporting equipment, concrete framings, chairs and tables, and other household as well as industrial articles. Glass reinforced laminates made with this resin possess excellent mechanical strength along with good rigidity and outstanding durability. The SHCP 268BQT resin and its variants are approved by Lloyd’s Register of Shipping for boat construction.

SIMPREX® 1455 are advanced vinyl ester prepreg designed to provide high strength and toughness retention at elevated temperature. SIMPREX® 1455 have a medium tack and are a great choice for many applications in the range of medium to high service temperature.

Aekyung Chemical LSD-450 is a DCPD type UPR.

Natex P-Preg PA11 UD 750 is a powder-coated fabric woven from flax fibers that are pre-impregnated with thermoplastic resins. It comes as NATTEX® P-Preg, Polyamide 11 with 1000 mm Width and pre-preg fabrics uni-directional in natural fibers with flax of 750 g/m2.

Lavecoat OR is an orthoPhtalic gelcoat for general purposes. Easy to apply and with very good hiding power. It is suitable for parts with moderate external weather ability requirements.

Gillcore® HA is a commercial grade Nomex® aramid fiber reinforced honeycomb which is coated with heat resistant phenolic resin. Gillcore® HA is an economical alternative of Gillcore® HD for non-aerospace applications. A wide selection of HA honeycomb types, including different cell sizes, cell geometries, paper thicknesses and densities are available.

Natex UD 220 is a technical fabric in natural flax fiber designed from untwisted roving. It comes as Uni-directional Natex® Fabrics with Laize 1000 mm and as 220 g/m2.

KPR 6430 by Kemrock Industries and Exports is a general purpose, orthophthalate-based unsaturated polyester resin (UPR). It is available as liquid and cast resin. Offers excellent mechanical and corrosion resistance properties. KPR 6430 is suitable for processing by sheet and dough molding (SMC/DMC). Recommended for FRP composites.

Lerpol 312 is a IsoPhtalic resin for infusion. They are formulated with and without mineral fillers. Characterized by easy flow, good curing and excellent surface quality.

Lavecoat IO is based on IsoPhtalic resin, provide very protection and good mechanical performance in external applications with exposure to water and sunlight.

Senosan® C60FR-2 EG SOFTFEEL MATT has a multi-layer composite with a base layer of abs/ pc-compound with flame retardant properties (halogen free) and a top layer of matt TPU. Surface with soft feel haptics.

SIMPREX® H425 is an advanced vinyl ester prepreg designed to provide excellent fire retardance properties (V-0 flammability rating). It is ideal for manufacturing sandwich structures, providing good adhesion to core materials such as Nomex® honeycomb, balsa and foams. SIMPREX® H425 is a great choice for many applications in the range of low to medium service temperature, where a high degree of fire retardance is required.

SIMPREX® 1255 are advanced vinyl ester prepreg designed to provide high strength and toughness retention at elevated temperature. SIMPREX® 1255 have a medium tack and are a great choice for many applications in the range of medium to high service temperature.

Natex UD 400 is a technical fabric in natural flax fiber designed from untwisted roving. It comes as Uni-directional Natex® Fabrics with Laize 1000 mm and as 400 g/m2.

Nattex 10L is a semi-finished product in natural fiber in the form of continuous technical flax fibers. It comes as roving direct in natural fibers with pure flax of 10g/m.

176 Assembled Roving for Spray-up is coated with a silane-based sizing, compatible with unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins. 176 roving offers optimum wet-out speed, which is useful in produce production of large vertical surface, such as large swimming pool, recreational facility, storage tanks and automotive parts.

KPR 6615 by Kemrock Industries and Exports is an isophthalate-based unsaturated polyester resin (UPR). It is available as liquid and cast resin. Offers excellent mechanical and corrosion resistance properties. KPR 6615 is used in gel coats and marine applications. Approved by Lloyd’s Register of Shipping.

Jiangsu Changhai Composite Materials ROVING FOR CHOPPED STRAND MAT 826 is compatible with polyester,vinyl ester and epoxy resins,principally used to produce CSM and stitch combo mats.

Lerpol 4388 is a DCPD high HDT. They are formulated for rapid impregnation of fibers, no sagging on vertical surfaces and excellent throughcure. Various formulations are available, suitable for different thicknesses and different operating conditions. They are also available in low styrene emission version.

Gel Coat IN-300 (Colorless) is a high-quality decorative coating based on combination of orthophtalic and isophtalic unsaturated polyester resin, for “spray” and “hand” application. The gelcoat could be tinted to any color in accordance with RAL cataloge or with your laminate sample.

SIMPREX® M745-200 is an advanced vinyl ester prepreg designed to provide a high performance-to-cost ratio. SIMPREX® M745-200 has a medium tack. It can be cured at lower temperature (205°F) and provides good adhesion to core materials such as Nomex® honeycomb, balsa and polyurethane foam. It is a great choice for many applications in the range of low to medium service temperature.

MATLINE+ 301 is designed for use as a core material in dry and wet-on-wet hand layup and spray lamination production.
