Salisol EHT is chemically known as 2,4,6-trianilino-p-(carbo-2'-ethylhexyl-1'-oxy) - 1,3,5-triazines. Salisol EHT is used as a sunscreen in cosmetics usually in combination with other UVA. It has good water resistance properties.

Sandream™ Benzophenone 4 is a white or pale yellow powder used in bath products, makeup products, hair products, sunscreens, and skincare products to protect cosmetics and personal care products from deterioration by absorbing, reflecting, or scattering UV rays. When used as a sunscreen ingredient, benzophenone-4 protects the skin from UV rays.

The increased global environmental pollution along with several other factors (excessive sun-exposure, smoke, daily stress, use of junk food) leads to greater exposure to pollutants derived from the industrial environment and electromagnetic radiations (UV-A, UV-B rays, Infrared rays) exposure, notoriously able to cause ageing events. Salisol OMC is one of the most widely used UV-B filters with very good protection potential. It is an organic compound, ideal for use in sun care and day care products for everyday protection against UV-B rays.

Salisol HS is a water soluble UVB filter and the solubility could be further improved by increasing the pH of formulation and adding buffer solution i.e. NaOH or TEA. In formulations the pH-value need to be buffered around 7, at lower levels precipitation could be a result of reverting to its acid form. Salisol HS combining with oil soluble UV absorbers to get a high SPF value.

Zano® 20 is uncoated Zinc Oxide providing highest levels of transparency. It provides a critical wavelength of 371nm and ~1.6 SPF units/w%. It is COSMOS and Ecocert certified. The Zano® range consists of three base products that each have a different tailored particle size distribution to deliver distinct UVA and transparency levels.
