XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt is a high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane polymer manufactured to yield essentially linear polymers in a wide range of viscosities. The viscosities generally used in formulating polishes are in the range of 100 to 30,000 cSt. It is preferable to use a blend of a low-viscosity fluid and a high-viscosity fluid (e.g. 3 parts XIAMETER(TM) PMX- 200 Silicone Fluid 100 cSt and 1 part XIAMETER(TM) PMX-200 Silicone Fluid 12,500 cSt) to obtain optimum results in terms of ease of application and depth of gloss. The low-viscosity silicone fluid acts as a lubricant to make polish application and rubout easier, whereas the high-viscosity silicone fluid produces a greater depth of gloss. Since these polymers are inherently water-repellent, they will cause water to bead up on a treated surface rather than penetrate the polish film.

MERPOL® SH constitutes a nonionic surfactant solution, offering effective wetting and emulsification properties. It's used as a detergent for hard surface cleaning and as a lubricating agent during rubber part assembly. Its classification belongs to the specialty ethoxylates chemical group.

ZELEC® A130 can be used as a wetting agent in the paint and coating industries. ZELEC® A081 is an alcohol phosphate that can be used to help decrease the viscosity of high-pressure compounds. It can also be used to reduce and stabilize viscosity and act as a color stabilizer in rubber. It also plays the role of a lubricant additive for plastic materials and provides antistatic properties in fiber lubricating oils. It can also be used as a spreading agent for oils and waxes and as an internal demolding agent for molding plastic and pultrusion. It is an additive that inhibits deposits of a corrosive nature during the soldering of light metals (aluminum and magnesium) and can be used in construction as a concrete additive. It is also used as a dispersing agent in ink formulations.
