CUBLEN phosphonates combine antiwear performance with scale-inhibition and chelating properties for extended fluid and tool life. They can be used to prepare metal surfaces for final finishing, and in plating baths to control metal ion contamination. Phosphonates are also widely used for cooling water treatment, metal cleaners, textile finishing and oil field drilling applications.

Finechem Technology FC58116 High-grade diesel engine oil complexing agent is made of nano calcium borate multi-effect agent with hydrolytic resistance, nano boron ceramic, compound detergent, ash less dispersant, long chain ZDDP antioxidant anticorrosion agent, high temperature phenolic amine antioxidants, metal attenuated agent and organic boron anti-friction. It belong s to energy conservation and environmental protection wood oil compound having features of low phosphorus, low ash, low consumption and low emissions. Compared with traditional agent, it not only focuses on turbocharging, high-temperature oxidation caused by exhaust gas recirculation (ECR) and influence of wear corrosion on oil and engine, but also pays attention to nitric oxide for new emission standard, requirement of further reducing particulate matter and fuel consumption as well as valve wear caused by ultra-low-sulfur diesel. Therefore, nano boron ceramic having the function of being able to fine running-in and repair itself and organic boron anti-friction and fuel oil additive are added. Dispersed, high temperature oxidation resistance, anti wear and friction reducing friction and good corrosion resistance and seal adaptability with good detergency, effectively inhibit the engine deposit formation, control of high temperature oxidation and corrosion, reduce the temperature balance and prolong the machine oil and the service life of the components, and significantly reduce friction and energy saving, emission reduction effect of reducing pollution. The product performance can reach or exceed the level of the import compound agent, can significantly reduce the cost of the product.
