PYRAX® RG-200 Pyrophyllite is a unique natural mixture of platy silicates, principally pyrophyllite, and quartz ground to 200 mesh. It has low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, and low reversible thermal expansion. PYRAX RG 200 is used in mold washes to prevent metal penetration into the mold. In insulating firebrick, PYRAX RG 200 provides excellent dimensional stability and is used to make refractories with superior hot load bearing ability, resistance to thermal shock and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. In abrasive products, PYRAX RG 200 is used in vibratory millstones, bonded wheels and polishing compounds.

DIXIE CLAY® Filler is an air-floated fine particle size kaolin clay that can be used as a reinforcing filler in all types of coatings, adhesives, elastomers and latexes.

VANZAN® Xanthan Gum is a general purpose xanthan gum grade suitable for coatings and constructions applications. The rheology of VANZAN solutions is remarkably stable over a broad temperature range and will not change significantly between ambient temperature and 60°C. Additionally, VANZAN has excellent freeze/thaw stability.

DARVAN® 811 Dispersing Agent is a sodium polyacrylate dispersant in solution. It is an effective dispersant of mineral pigment slurries such as kaolin clay, calcium carbonate, wollastonite and TiO2.

VANSIL® W-10 Wollastonite is a coarse grade of wollastonite with approximately 20% retained on a 325 mesh sieve. VANSIL W-10 can be used as a general purpose extender pigment where ultra-fineness is not required such as texture paints and block fillers.
