SGM9450F is a high‐density polyethylene, developed for the high molecular weight film extrusion segment produced with bimodal technology. The film produced from this resin has high tenacity and excellent resistance to impact characteristics. This resin has wide molar mass distribution that makes it easier to process. The minimum biobased carbon content of this grade is 96%, determined according to ASTM D6866.
SHD0860 is a high-density polyethylene developed for injection molding applications. This grade boasts exceptional hardness and stiffness, coupled with minimal warpage during the molding process. With a minimum biobased carbon content of 94% (ASTM D6866), it exemplifies Braskem's commitment to sustainability. Its granule or pellet form ensures ease of handling and processing. Ideal for producing caps, SHD0860 delivers excellent performance as a resin, and its low carbon content makes it an environmentally friendly choice.
All Braskem America production facilities are certified to produce bio, bio-circular, and circular polypropylene under the ISCC PLUS certification via the mass balance approach.
Braskem 2000 Series TI2600C is a polypropylene impact copolymer with a highly crystalline homopolymer phase, very high molecular weight EPR phase, very high flexural modulus, reduced emissions, reduced gels and high melt flow.
