Velsiflex® 342 is one of the most popular liquid plasticizers. It is a high-solvating plasticizer containing mostly dipropylene glycol dibenzoate. It is used in a wide variety of applications, including caulk, adhesives, resilient flooring, PVC-coated fabrics and artificial-leather cloth. In PVC, it acts as a medium- viscosity high solvator that saves energy and improves process ability. Vinyl applications using Velsiflex 342 have excellent resistance to extraction from solvents and oils. It also works with vinyl to make it UV – light-degradation resistant and stain resistant.

PolyAziridine Global PZE-1000 is an ethylene imine based tri-functional polyaziridine that is used as a cross-linker for both aqueous and non-aqueous coatings, inks, and adhesives to promote both physical and chemical properties. With the highest level of functionality at 3.3, it yields the highest level of cross-link density of polyfunctional aziridines. The aziridine end groups can react with active hydrogen as found on carboxyl groups of acrylic emulsions or polyurethane dispersions. PZE-1000 also has a hydroxyl group, which allows it to dispersion readily into aqueous systems. PZE-1000 is added at levels of 1% to 3% to finished formulated coatings, inks, or adhesives. It is added slowly and under good agitation. After mixing, an aqueous system with a pH of 9.0-9.5 will typically have a pot life of 18-36 hours. This time will be reduced when the pH is lower.

Andisil® OH 50,000 is a Silanol terminated fluid.Andisil® OH Polymers are a series of silanol functional fluids with various viscosities and silanol contents. They are useful in the treatment of fillers and as Anti-Structuring additives in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. The low viscosity grades can be used as reactive diluents for high viscosity polymers to adjust the overall viscosity of the formulation. They have excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. Andisil® OH products are pure and do not contain any plasticizers or additives. Curing of the Andisil® OH series can be achieved by all usual condensation crosslinkers (i.e. Alkoxy silanes, oxime silanes, acetoxy silanes) in conjunction with catalysts—the use of dibutyl tin dilaurate or stannous octoate have been found effective as catalysts for these reaction.

Andisil® VQM Products are additives for the improvement of mechanical properties of addition cured silicone elastomers. The curing mechanism of vinyl-functional silicone polymers (Andisil® VS) is a platinum catalyzed addition reaction with silicone crosslinkers containing silicon-hydride groups. The mechanical properties of the unfilled RTV are rather poor. Therefore the properties are improved with the addition of appropriate fillers i. e. Carbon black, fumed or precipitated silica and other fillers well known to formulators with expertise in compounding silicones. Andisil® VQM Products are comprised of vinyl-functional silicone polymers and vinyl-functional QM-resins. The product group is beneficial in formulating filler free, transparent systems which require good mechanical properties. The products will also enhance improvement of mechanical properties of filled formulations.

As a siloxane crosslinker, Silquestâ„¢ A-171 silane typically does not generate color and is resistant to acid rain under most conditions. This silane is also useful as a moisture scavenger in moisture cure systems where improved shelf life is desired.
