Acronal® 5047 is an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic ester copolymer, produced using acrylonitrile, and manufactured without the addition of APEO. It is employed in the production of adhesives for laying all standard flexible flooring materials, such as textile, PVC, and rubber flooring. Acronal® 5047 facilitates the manufacturing of adhesives with a resin solution and enables the production of adhesives with resin melt, particularly very low-emission adhesives meeting the requirements of EMICODE® EC1+ and the Blue Angel (DE-UZ-113). Flooring adhesives made with Acronal® 5047 are distinguished by a well-balanced adhesion/cohesion ratio and excellent workability.

Acronal® 5028 is an ammonia-free aqueous dispersion of a copolymer of an acrylic acid ester and acrylonitrile. It is a non-APEO and non-plasticizer product, available in liquid dispersion form. Acronal® 5028 is primarily used to produce highly polymer-modified, cementitious, flexible waterproofing slurries (surface protection, composite waterproofing). Due to its low glass transition temperature, Acronal® 5028 imparts crack-bridging properties to waterproofing slurries even at temperatures as low as −20 °C.
